Every time I order the ultimate breakfast sandwich which consists of egg, sausage , bacon and cheese on sour dough bread. One time the order was right. Second and third time the sandwich was wrong. I should get what I paid for. What I got was bacon and egg on a sandwich bread. I will never return.

I'm not sure what was going on with the crew of this restaurant the night I went but they managed to screw up every single item that I ordered.....all of them. The food itself was good even though it wasn't even close to what I had ordered. It was 3am and I was the only customer in the drive-thru. Crazy.

Would give 0 if I could, was ignored in the drive through and said hello 4 times to the box to see if they were waiting for me to order. 0 customers ahead of me I drove up to the window and saw an employee at the window. Of course again was ignored and drove off. Decided to try to go inside if there was maybe a problem with the speaker box and they couldn’t hear me and all the doors was locked. THIS WAS AT 6PM. Unacceptable and very disappointing. If it was closed it takes 5 seconds to say so. Needless to say multiple other customers behind me went through the drive through with same results. NEVER coming back.

I'm in the drive through the lady cannot understand me did you lack of english comprehension I asked her if there was syrup in my in my order for my pancakes she said yes there is I go to eat my food in the parking lot and there was no syrup so I walk in and I get somebody's attention finally they walk up and I told her I never got any syrup her answer was well.... We're out of syrup so i said...so you lied ...and she kind of just shrugged her shoulders and turned as I'm asking her how do you run out of syrup packages but I changed this large should not run out of something that's simple these things happen due to poor management

Terrible, Latino lady's that work here are VERY rude and can't get orders correct because they can't understand English that good. They said some very rude things to me in spanish because they thought I couldn't understand, surprise! I understood everything you said. Now I'll never go back and I'll spread the word.

Terrible.. she was so hard of hearing.. asked if I wanted the receipt, I said yes, and she threw it away.. Asked for it and she threw away the water she had just made for me, so I had to go back to the drive thru.. this place is only open in drive through because they can never get people to work there. I like the jack in the box on Freeport Blvd, but not this one. they even have a phone number to call to show how your service was and no one answers this phone.916-771-3336

We stopped 3 times after class to get the 2 Tacos, 1st time pretty good, window server terrible and rude. 2nd & 3rd time really bad and rude and Tacos were awful, We will Never Stop there again. The Jack I n Box on Elk Grove Florin/Bond, is Outstanding, good Tacos and Service Really Good !

Unfortunately very unprofessional, I have gone to many of jack in the box's an this one is by far the most unprofessional an unsanitary I have bin to. Food cold an care for the customer is none existent all I ask for was hot fries an I was called names an was refused by Corinne as well as Closing the store 3 hours early, if this is how jack in the box conducts the employees that is very disappointing.
If this is the Jack in the box by Folsom and Jackson food is fresh... especially when the girl with the Burnett is working there

Josh, the GM, was so amazing!! First time in a J in Box in many many years and wasn't expecting much. I was totally blown away with the service and willingness to make several accommodations with my order, like light sauce and less cheese etc...clean and pleasant inside.

This is my two cents on the food and a little bit of chatter. I have been in Florida for the last 15 years. I always loved Jack-in-the-Box when I lived in California. This has been the worst experience in my life as far as any food goes to our a whatsoever....I had this order through Uber Eats. It actually arrived quickly and still hot. ...I ordered a jumbo Jack without a split one eggrolls for tacos and a side salad.The only items that were halfway decent were the tacos but I requested four I only got two and a two I got had hardly any meat in them. They did have lettuce lots of lettuce and they were crunchy. The other item I got were actually pretty good three crunchy eggrolls. That's all I'm gonna say about them.And probably the best out of the bunch was a side salad, cucumbers, and tomatoes, lettuce and a package of ranch dressing was actually enough to cover all of the dressing. ...And this is where they screwed me over. I was really looking forward to having a jumbo Jack. I thought they gave me the option of a regular bun or a split bun. I guess they either screwed up which I think they did or I mistake that I did not want a bun at all. But what idiot does not request a hamburger bun with out a bun...In this case, as you can see in the photograph, the idiots at this Jack-in-the-Box did not even give me a grilled hamburger. I complain to Uber eats about this, and all they did was give me a five dollar credit. And this really sucks.I have never been at a burger place that does not actually give you a burger in your order. What were they thinking? What idiot run this place? How bad of a supervision there is ..

I ordered 2 Sausage & Egg Croissants and a Diet Soda for breakfast. The food is exactly what I thought and wanted. The fountain drinks machine was broken and had to ask refill at the counter. Interior can be a bit cleaner. However, it will not deter me to go back. It's an O.K. place for a quick bite.
