We only ordered 2 burgers. They charged us for 3 which we had corrected. Neither burger was what we ordered. We ordered $10 burgers and both received $7 burgers. Dirty business. It was a fight to convince them what we got wasn't what was ordered. Never had that sort of service at a jitb before. The final burger I received was lower quality than a $1 menue McDonald's burger. This is a good example of a place to avoid.

I waited in the drive-through for 27 minutes for a lousy order of eggrolls. Unacceptable. They are closing a lot of Jack-in-the-Box restaurants, this one should be closed.

Do you guys ever answer the phone? I tried calling numerous of times and it's like someone's picking up the phone and hanging up purposely. Who ever is running the place I'd like to say terrible job.

It's supposed to be fast food and it's not. Drive through. I ordered of the sign and was told they don't have. Put in a different order. 15 minutes later make it to the windw to pay with only 2 cars in front of me. When I get there am told to park and they would bring out. Another 10 minutes later they bring out the order. Almost 30 minutes for a simple fast food order. Won't be going back
