We went through the drive in for a shake. But we have been through hers several times. The food is always quick and hit or cold depending and so far the orders have all been right.

If I could just write zero, I would write zero all the way across the service couldn’t even get in the door. They were locked at five in the afternoon they were locked. They had two people inside the restaurant eating and no one could or would open the door so I go through drive-through and they want me to order and park my car in the front. There’s nobody else in the line but me. Zero stars is what I give this Jack in the box right here on Stockton Blvd.,, Mack Road zero stars there are the worst ever

I have no complaints every thing is always good.
Wheelchair accessibility: With out the wheelchair ramp I wouldn't be able to go inside so I would probably eat somewere elsè.

First off, customer service was terrible. Employee at the window taking my order was having side conversations with another co-worker and was distracted asking questions about our order that I had already discussed with her. Was asked to park so that they could bring me my order of COLD food. Asked for different sauces at the window prior to parking and they did not give me everything I asked for. Ordered tacos without Lettuce and they had lettuce. To top it off, I call the resturant and the line just keeps ringing as busy(how convenient). Paid $30 for terrible cold food and horrible customer service. Very disappointed!!! Do not recommend!!!!!
Great value on the items on their menu and when they boo booed....( not getting my full order is not awesome) they owned the issue and made up for the boo boo. Jonathan is the Drive Thru employee who took care of it! Nice employee!

I came in with a friend and my group of individuals with disabilities, we all purchased something and one of my individuals needed to use the restroom so we asked them to open the door. The worker at the cash register refused and said it was for customers only, I told her we had bought stuff and even showed her the receipt she had a major attitude about it and still refused. I also asked to purchase a large water and she refused to give me that as well. She said she wasn’t allowed to hand out large waters, I asked if I could pay for a large one and she said no, handed me a small water and walked away, their soda machine was off so I couldn’t even refill my water. The worker was named Tiffany.
