We’re third in line at the drive thru, the two cars in front of us ordered & when we pulled up the lady refused to take our order and said they’re closing. Not only that, we can’t even get out of the drive thru cause the two cars in front are wait in on their food. Horrible service.

Driving DD last night for my friends, stopped to get some Jack in the box before heading home, got some tiny tacos and a chicken sandwich no lettuce, Extra mayo. The dude ringing everyone up at almost 3 o’clock in the morning was so polite and honestly just such a chill dude He repeated my order back to me, making sure we got everything right, good thing too, because I almost got loaded tiny tacos, instead of plain, he let me get some extras at the window and had no problem, adding them onto our order Usually, I don’t review fast food food because it’s fast food lol and there’s not much to review But the guy working in the drive-through and his partner in the back cooking the food, deserve some Respect. I believe the cashier name was Darren or Damien, one of the two. I hope he sees this review, or the management let him know how great he’s doing. I know how hard it is to keep up a Good customer service attitude, especially working such Later hours. Thank you for the tiny tacos and the 10 ranch And for letting my besties modify their food, however they wanted. I Literally cannot remember where I put my receipt at after we checked out, but I would have done the survey to just to let you guys know how great he is. Thanks man. I hope you see this. You’re the best. Have a great day.

Food wz TRASH 🗑 asked numerous times for HOT French fries 🍟 and they wz old and cold. Took them back inside and waited for fresh ones and they had fresh ones on top and old and cold ones onna bottom. They didn't follow directions AT ALL. Don't waste ur money here..smh. They were nice just no attention to detail bc we mentioned fresh fries hella, hella times. They won't get my money again tho. Hell nah..smh. NOPE 🚫⛔

I ordered a teriyaki bowl today and asked for extra teriyaki sauce WHEN I ORDERED. The lady didn't mention ANYTHING about these being pre-made and not having any extra sauce to give out. I wouldn't have ordered it.
It blows my mind that fast food workers want 20/hr bur can't even do the easiest frickin thing. Im sorry, but this location is terrible. There's ONE employee who i will not complain about because he is the nicest person whenever I do make it on my lunches overnight (BTW. This locstion is NOT 24 hours).
Don't provide a teriyaki bowl of youre not going to provide the sauce for it. Your pri es should reflect the food and options. I also did not receive my receipt

Took fifteen minutes to get my drive through order and they screwed up my order entirely. Called the number on my receipt and the number is disconnected!
Kick in for those classic Jack in the box tacos. Great place for decently, priced food.👍😁

I come here for work and dinner sometimes when I feel like I need a Jack Burger. Food these days is getting expensive but if you can get the right meal for the right deal it works out. Service here for me is always good I never have issues with this location.
