When trying to order tacos online for the past few weeks they’re “unavailable” I specifically order online to not have to wait in the drive thru long as they make the food yet all the other locations have tacos

I come here for work and dinner sometimes when I feel like I need a Jack Burger. Food these days is getting expensive but if you can get the right meal for the right deal it works out. Service here for me is always good I never have issues with this location.

Could possibly be the absolute WORST drive-thru place in the county - and thats saying something. I work nearby and have given them MORE than ample opportunities to get something, ANYTHING, right. This morning was a disaster again. Got 2 orders of the #22 - sausage croissant. The egg was cold. The sausage was cold. The croissant was cold - the cheese was not close to being melted. Even the hash browns were ice cold. Obviously food sits around cooked long before time to serve. makes me think a visit by the County Food Inspection people is warranted. If it was a one time experience, I might forgive - but this happens time and time again, over and over again. Top this with needing to repeat my order at the microphone 5 times - because the woman does not speak English - and AGAIN I leave vowing to NEVER come back. Maybe this time it has finally sunk in. And Owners - spare me your worthless comments about how you need to do better. You obviously dont give a crap - because you have been serving crap - for a long, long time.

I’m filing a Food Safety complaint. I went through the drive thru and purchased a jumbo jack with cheese meal. The sandwich had no cheese and fries were double cooked. I went back through the drive thrill and Andrew took the sandwich and attempted to add on and give it back to me. I said that is a safety hazard. He then insults me and told me I bit the burger lol, I said show me because I o my looked at the sandwich. He calls the manger Stephanie who is now mad because I asked for a refund. No! You make my food fresh. This location is in violation of food safety, don’t go.

Horrendous. Please review your cameras. Unacceptable long drive through and excessive wait times for “fast food”. Pulled in drive through tonight at approximately 8:45pm and waited over 15 minutes in the drive thru, unfortunately we were not able to leave the drive thru due other cars in line behind us. Finally got to the speaker to order and was told to wait. Waited for such a long time for the guy to take our simple order. Got to the pay window and waited some more! Observed two male employees just relaxing, walking/standing around while there was an extremely long drive through line. Then he took our payment and told us to pull out of the drive thru and park in front. There was NO parking available due to other cars parked out waiting on their food order. Finally got our food at 9:13pm and guess what?! Old and cold fries, the Mini chimi’s looked nothing like it did on the menu. Stressful!
Went today (Saturday 07/27/24 around 6:30pm) worst service I experienced, I’ve never had anything bad to say about this place until today. Total of 4 workers, 3 males and 1 female. The 3 males seen us standing there ready to order and never acknowledge us after 15 minutes standing there we just left, to La Rivera better service there. I will not return to bradshaw!

I just ordered food and when I brought it home I noticed the side salad is slimy. Who sales slimy salads. It's gross and I tried calling but the line just beeps like they busy.
