I can't stand this location every time I walk in I stand there for at least 5 minutes before anyone that is employed there address is anyone on the other side of the counter I don't know how long I would stay in there set 5 minutes is my Max I walk out every single time and win by chance I go through the drive-thru it takes a half an hour to get through the drive-thru every time
I went there on Friday afternoon March 1st and had a very pleasant experience with the drive-thru lady. The sandwich was very nice and hot which at some Jack in the Box is not true it's like cold the cheese is not even melted on the Sourdough Jack. This Jack in the Box was excellent and the lady at the window kept apologizing for to me many times for not having the milkshake machine working. I knew it wasn't her fault but she was very sweet about it. I appreciate that it's called customer service something we don't always get more.

Ridiculous. There was no wait. None in the drive thru nor inside. We waited and were talking at the menu and were totally ignored. Then when we pulled to the window to see what was going on, she was not even going to take our order. After she did, she sent us to wait in the parking space for orders.The chicken egg roll is my favorite. The tacos are good.

What can I say about Jack that when you pull up to this place at 2:00 in the morning it pretty much the food was okay pretty good for being a fast food place but overall it wasn't bad it's the only place besides one or two other places open past midnight around my neighborhood so options are slim and out of the few of the word I guess this was the best choice so for your late night cravings sure.

Arrived a little after 8 pm on Sunday. Was served fresh hot food. The lady at the drive-through window was very nice and polite.
They've put in one of those horrible high-pitched deterrent devices that you can hear for a block around the intersection. It's awful just to drive by and I absolutely will not be going back until they fix the situation. Would not recommend if you dislike loud, high-pitched noises. There's another Jack in the Box on Madison and College Oak and one at Watt and Roseville Road that are great.

Went to this location around 4 pm and service was prompt but I didn’t get a receipt and the 5 piece chicken strips I ordered were really just 4 strips and a nugget ? We thought it was funny but if I paid for 5 strips I would like for all of them to be fairly the same size!
