There were homeless drug addicts people in the bathroom passed out. Homeless drug addicts in the lobby smelling bad. The place is a dump, I had to put my wallet in my front pocket so it wouldn’t get taken. It felt unsafe. I felt bad for the employees, they did as good of a job as can be, but to be honest they don’t make enough money to deal with these conditions. The management should be ashamed and the regional manager should be fired. The general condition of the dining room was poor at best outdated, gross,moldy, trash all over the place, and smelled bad. There were not enough employees to address the situation. If I were the CEO I would fire every regional manager they have a promote with in. I will not go to another JB ever.

Ive gone through the drive through of this location on and off for several years and ive never had a bad experience. Every employee ive encountered over years of visits has been quite pleasant. And ive had no incorrect orders which i find to be an incredible anomaly as far as fast food goes.
Wasn't busy mid morning going into lunch ordered a burger it was old soggy with a lot of ketchup on it really disrespectful I didn't appreciate it fresh fries but saggy ass burger.
