I ordered a bacon & Swiss BUTTERY jack with curly fries and Jalapeño poppers. When I got back to work on my limited break, I open the bag to find 0 curly fries or any fries for that matter, and was given a hash brown when it’s past noon??? Also missing jalapeño poppers. Oh and the best part. They gave me a regular Jack burger with the same bun as the one I originally ordered. I didn’t get a single thing i originally ordered. Unbelievable. I’m going to be getting my money back once I’m done with work. I can’t even eat it because it’s not at all what I wanted. The bag of chips is from my job because I wasn’t given any fries. Do better.

I have never experienced a jack in the box, let alone fast food establishment, that takes as long as this location does. I've been to this location 3 times, and each time we are waiting for our food for 40 minutes. This time we thought going inside rather than drive thru would be different but absolutely not. It's just as long of a wait. The staff is also rude and not inviting. I saw another review about a woman who was working Christmas drive thru, we experienced the same rude treatment from a woman working at night. We had an online order and saw their sign out front saying all mobile orders pickup through drive thru. We waited in the line for over 30 minutes to be told we needed to retrieve our order from inside and they could not hand us our order through the window. We go inside and to no surprise all our food is very cold, the woman refused a refund when we asked.

This location is very popular especially late night. There is usually a long line, the employees do the best they can. They are always friendly and the food has never been cold or uncooked.
The workers act like everyone at a fast food joint.u can tell they hate their job.but I keep going back cause of the point on the receipts adds up to free food. Wish more places had that

Always very friendly staff and decent speed in the driver thru.
Wanted to get a few burgers and they tried to sell me more than what I asked for. I told them it was too many and they started arguing that I said a different amount. After telling me the correct amount and price, thay started talking and laughing at me. Not sure if they forgot to turn off the headpiece or made sure I heard them on purpose. Worst night crew.
