The person who took my order and gave me my items was efficient, courteous and even thought about my safety when putting items in their bags.
Went to Norwood location at 4am, 3/27/25. Went to the drive thru and was told that they were having system issues but would open at 4:45. Nice to know when your system issues will be solved. Really wanted breakfast so drove to Arden and Bell location, 15 min drive. Was told there that it was shift change and I could order but it would be 10 minutes before they would be able to prepare it. Does 24 hours a day mean sometimes?

Everytime I go late at night and there is a short guy with a beard working, he messes up my order and doesn't give me all my items and always reassures everything is in the bag and I'm always missing items I paid for

I go there for my lunch and they always mess up on my order. Always forgetting to put my bacon and cheese on my lettuce wrap chicken sandwich. I pay for the extra items so why do they keep messing up? The first time I just let it go but really??? Every time I go there. 4-5 times now..

The food is always good but the service is always super sloooooowww! Especially on Sunday mornings. The girl is always asking us to back up and then pull back forward. I’m not sure why it’s so slow in the morning but it’s frustrating. Please speed it up!

We have avoided jacks for awhile but for some reason we had a craving today. The lady forgot our jalapeno poppers (the best part). They had us waiting for a minute just to get the food and it just ended up being bland and cold. We went back for the poppers and the lady said we never ordered them but they were on the receipt! At that point appetite was lost and we left popper-less again. Now we know to not get jack in the box again… at least not at this location.
