24hr but close at 3:30 A.M due to shift change. Maybe they should change open 24 hr to open till 3:30 am.

Horrible customer service, they had no inventory. They told us they had it and when we got to the window they didn't have it.. They forgot certain items in our order, gave us wrong sizes and some of the food was old and overcooked. It was by far the worst jack in the box I have ever experienced. We spent nearly $60 and had items missing from the order, they were even out of dr pepper and oreos for their $6 milkshake (size small by the way) I will never spend my money at this location ever again.

I enjoy going to Jack in the box on Noorwood as it’s right by my work. I know the area is hectic with the amount of homeless in the area but the workers are nice, fast and they do a good job.

This location is close to my house. It's not bad as far as the food, you get what you paid for. Going through the drive-thru is a bit nerve-wracking based on the fact you have alot of people hanging in front of this establishment and even the drive thru windows has someone standing by the actual windows with a sign. I know times is hard and we have a lot of the homeless population hanging around but you would think by the windows where they take your cash it is a bit serving. Ijs

This Jack is the closest to my home and I would come here very often. There is usually always something wrong with my order but tonight was the end of it. I got. Y regular Jack's spicy chicken and two tacos. My girlfriend got a side salad. We get home and she is removing the cheese because they say they can't do it in the store. We find mold in between the lettuce and the cheese. We returned it and got a fresh one but it's just been a hassle.

I used the drive through, and I probably gave the lady my order at least five times and she still got it wrong. When we got home, the food was sloppy and not appetizing. I doubt that I'll come back to this specific Jack In the box. The food was way overpriced for the quality that we received.
