The food was not very fresh and the person who served me in a very bad way for the customers seemed like I ordered something for free.

Jack always has the go-to for late-night snacks. But this area absolutely sucks! Probably one of the worst areas in the greater Sacramento area. The workers are great. Food is okay. Atmosphere awful.

Vegetarian options: Don't go here if a vegetarian.

Parking: Just be aware of the hordes of homeless people. They tend to get weird in this location.

Kid-friendliness: Due to the location, I would not bring children here.

Placed an order at the drive up get to the window give her my card. She said my card was declined. I told her she was wrong so she ran it again. Said it was declined again so I had to give cash then I called my bank and they said that my card wasn’t even run on a machine! So she just wanted cash. 😡
The lady at the window was Rude!! I won’t go there again

I have a significantly difficult time going to fast food locations nowadays with the cost of food and the reduction in size of the meals provided. So when I say that I've absolutely never been treated so kindly and quickly in a clean restaurant as I did at the Jack In The Box located at Fruitridge and Stockton you can absolutely believe it. I definitely will return!

My food was extremely cold, I had to reheat everything up when I got back to my house which was maybe a 5 min drive if that. Also was not a big fan of the random people that Hassel you as your in the drive-thru line probably won't be going to this place ever again

Under staffed. Everyone looks unhappy to be here. Standing at counter 5 minutes while Everyone ignored me. Lobbies Dirty and smells like pee. Not a happy place to be. Drive through takes long, and lobby, even longer to get your food after finally ordering. Not 1 smile at all. Again, all workers seem so unhappy.

I paid 12 bucks for a croissant combo which comes with one hash brown one croissant sandwich and a medium drink and a two tacos I do not expect to find an eggshell in my breakfast sandwich that I paid over $10 for it's ridiculous

I waited 25+ minutes for food and the fries were cold, the cheese on my burger wasn’t melted at all. And overall the burger was gross. I am never coming back. And you really shouldn’t come either. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat

I recently ordered from this store and found a hair in one of my tacos. This was extremely unsettling and made me inspect the rest of the food, which ruined my entire meal. Given the rising costs and this unfortunate incident, I don't feel comfortable returning to this store. I had to discard the contaminated taco out of sheer disgust. Considering that employees are paid $20 an hour, this type of service is unacceptable. I asked for a refund, and it's been more than a week and a half with no reply. It makes me wonder if this was done on purpose, especially since they might have evidence on their cameras. Save yourself the trouble and find somewhere else to eat. Very disappointing experience.
