We ordered 2 smashburgers and 6 tacos in the drive thru. Got home…no smash burgers in our bag. Got 2 chicken wraps instead. Didn’t want to drive back, so we tried calling the store. The phone number listed was not accepting calls. Tried calling the customer service number…same thing. We really wanted smash burgers, not chicken wraps, but there was no way to remedy it or file a complaint. How do we make this right and get our smash burgers?

First time the cashier argued with me over what I ordered saying I didn't order what I did. Gave them a second chance-ordered a jr jack no onions no cheese. Same person gave me a double jack with cheese and onions. DONE WITH THIS PLACE!

I went to this location today to place my order for 2 of the $6 box all day meals the signs were still up showing the deals, I was then told that they no longer have the $6 deals, I informed them that the signs were still up, she stated to me that they were not removed because it was raining, I stated to her to deal should be honored because it was still posted, I decided not to order anything,

Kevin just keeps not confirming orders back till back and the latin lady manager, who was also cooking, is also not too good at confirming orders then blames kevin even more. 0 care, 0 skill. Not to mention thier attitude, get better guys
