Are they still open? It seems they are closed. Place dark ----- It appears I asked too early. I was going on the the assumption the place looked dark and no posters in the windows. I went by recently and there were people seated inside and cars in drive through.

The customer service was great! I had forgotten my bike lock at home and asked if I could get my food to go since I needed to walk my bike in to keep it from getting stolen and they said no problem. I got my order quickly. I appreciated the courtesy! The tacos were cooked perfectly, nice and crispy! Thid area's restaurants close early so it was pleasant to have this location be open untie 9!

The food is hit or miss, but its also Jack in the box. Big lobby and never busy in the lobby. The restrooms are blocked off for customer use only. The food for some reason takes a while to be ready, but its usually not too bad.
Parking: It is a two sided parking lot and is shared by multiple businesses. A Karate Dojo has practices in the evening so sometimes parking is less accessible than other time but only between 5&7 PM.
Kid-friendliness: There is a huge homeless problem in the area, but the lobby here is almost always empty. Still, I reccomemd the drive thru if possible. The restrooms are clean though.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is a wheelchair ramp entrance adjacemt to the drive thru window.

Just about everytime I go to this Jack in the Box, their chicken sandwiches and tacos are crispy and hot! Out of the several times I've been here, only once my food was not so crisp nor hot, but I've been a few times after that and haven't had any complaints. Overall they're one of the locations I like to go to if I don't want to be disappointed.
