Went here to get take out for dinner. Got the Goat and Peach Salad (god-tier btw, I hope they keep this) and a tri-tip sandwich. They were out of gluten free buns, but were open about it and offered a sub, along with refunding. I wasnt aware the onion strings had gluten in them, so they ALSO came out and conveyed that to me. I appreciated them taking the extra steps and will keep coming back!

The Jac k s Urban Eats at Loehmans Plaza in Sacramento was amazingly good, but I have a negative comment on 1 girl making the salads. She was rude and prudish telling me to go sit down and my salmon salad would be brought to me. If she doesn't like her job she should get another one cause customers deserve a smile and respect and to be treated kindly.Only reason I was watching her make my salad was at the one downtown you wait in line and get to watch them. I didn't...

I got snapped at by the guy that was taking my order and the Tri-tip was mediocre which was disappointing given that the service and Tri-tip that I used to get from their Folsom location was always excellent.
