We used Jackson’s for my daughter’s wedding and they were fabulous to work with! The food was delicious and healthy, cooked perfectly and warm. They were also very accommodating- we asked for less sauce on one entree at our tasting and no problem. They also included a wine pour and cake cutting and did not charge extra where all other catering companies charged for everything. They provided the dish ware and set up, clean up- total one stop. We used Jackson Catering for our October 2024 wedding and were very impressed. They offered a complimentary tasting so we could select our food and linens. The food was incredible! Our guests agreed wholeheartedly. One couple said they had been to multiple weddings that year and the food at our wedding was the best! Big thanks to Jackson Catering!
