This place is no good they took out my gratitude money without my notice $25 that I didn’t agreed to give because of rude and bad customer service I feel like been rob or cheated never come back here again very shady (don’t go here )
Authentic Chinese in a hard-to-park strip mall. Huge menu. Large portions. Kind service. And their salt & pepper chicken must have crack in it, it's so addictive.
Bad service
I’ve been going here for over 20 years. It’s my favorite Chinese restaurant in Sac. Some of my favorites are the wonton soup, salt and pepper spare ribs, beef chow fun and beef stew. All excellent.
Tried: pan-fried pomfret fish was decent; the wonton was ok, broth was plain, pig feet was good, porride was good but the intestines tasted off. Reasonable price, decent service, and interior. The restaurant has a few reserved parking spots out front, which is nice.
This place is a gem. Very popular with the locals. Excellent food. You're in for a treat. Parking can be a challenge.
Parking: During busy times it can be a challenge but it always works out.

The for is very traditional Chinese styles cooking and is good. Unfortunately, too much MSG making my mouth dry instantly. The service is ok but the waitress is very loud talking with fellow coworkers. This is actually very very very annoying to me.

Our friends introduced us to this Cafe and I must admit it's probably the best Chinese food I've tried in Sacramento. We had the Honey Walnut Shrimp and chicken chow mein, both very good. We'll definitely be back

Jade Foundation Cafe is a restaurant known by almost all Chinese in Sacramento. They are one of the best wonton noodle soup restaurants. They are famous for their wontons and dumplings with or without the noodles. The beef stew and pig feet are also my favorite dishes there too. They also have many yummy Chinese dishes, and porridge is also available. The service is fast and attentive.
Parking: The parking lot is very tiny and shared with many businesses and restaurants. Street parking is available but also hard to get.
Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is wheelchair friendly

Live in land pard and decided to try this place for Chinese. Service was slow and not responsive. Food was awful. The beef in Broccoli beef either wasn’t beef or was fried fat that had terrible texture and taste. The veggie noodle dish was on a bed if uncooked noodles. Yuk. We can’t recommend this place.

Terrific food in a neighborhood mom and pop restaurant. They happily accommodate large groups and families but I’ve eaten by myself here and have never had a bad meal. Highly recommend the chicken chow mein, scallop fried rice, walnut shrimp, and seafood and tofu soup. Service is attentive, even during busy periods.
Parking: There seems to be some contention between the different businesses here over the parking slots. The last time I was there, there were laminated signs zip tied to the posts, saying certain spots were reserved for customers of ___ store, along with signs saying “cars will be towed at owners expense.” It looks like there are plenty of open spaces on the weekdays but I kept checking my Air Tag location to make sure my car was still in the lot, lol.

My new go-to Chinese place. Amazing general chicken and spare ribs. Can also order your food without MSG if you're into that kinda thing (though be prepared for less flavor, and they can't do it for the soups). Highly recommend this
