Our visit lasted around 30 minutes… only 1 worker for the first 15 minutes, a second joined later, however we still watched about 7 customers enter and exit with their orders. Not sure what the issue was.

I just wanted to give a shout out to Jon one of the managers I spoke to.. I really appreciate him handling my frustrations and situation with the best attitude and reassuring me it would be taken care of as well as remaking my items.. I love when I have someone turn my day around with the positive attitude and taking ownership of an issue and assuring me they would go the extra mile to properly adjust and go over the trainings of what they expect to keep the customers happy.. He fully listened to my situation without interrupting and then handled it.. Left a happy customer again today thank you again Jon and we need more people like you.. I was also able to get my items remade the right way by him specifically and went about my day.. Thanks again..

The customer service was amazing! Espically chloe! I always seem to be greeted nicely and makes me want to come back!

I was greeted, not by an employee, but a self-order kiosk. I placed my order, paid and had a seat. One of the two employees started my drink. As I was the only customer in the store at the time, I was waiting at the counter for it. The employee poured it in a cup, put a lid on it and slid it across the counter. Didn't have to say my name, order number, nothing. They didn't even say thank you! I even put a tip on the order! And I didn't even get a thank you! $20 an hour to be rude?

I recently swung by Jamba in Sacramento, and it’s safe to say it’s still a go-to spot for a refreshing pick-me-up! I ordered the Mango-A-Go-Go smoothie, and it was like a tropical vacation in a cup—sweet, creamy, and packed with that signature mango punch. The blend of mangoes, pineapple, and a touch of passion fruit juice was spot-on, and it hit just the right balance of fruity without being overly sugary. I also love that you can customize it—I added a scoop of whey protein to keep me fueled for the day, and it mixed in seamlessly.
The vibe inside was upbeat and casual, with friendly staff who whipped up my order in no time, even with a steady line of customers. The place was clean, and I appreciated the bright, open feel—perfect for a quick stop or a chill hangout. They’ve got a solid menu beyond smoothies too; I eyed the acai bowls and breakfast sandwiches for next time. Prices are a bit on the higher side—a small set me back about $7—but the quality and portion size make it feel worth it. My only nitpick? It can get busy, so the wait might test your patience if you’re in a rush. Still, Jamba’s a classic for a reason—fresh, tasty, and reliably good. I’ll definitely be back!

Arrived and found one employee working and several people waiting. Then some self important old lady cut in front of several people waiting in line so she could go before all of them. That was enough for me to leave without ordering anything. Will not return

I’ve always been a loyal fan of Jamba Juice, but my recent experience with the Strawberry Surf Rider was a real disappointment. The flavor was overwhelmingly sour and it was extremely watered down. While I understand this drink isn't supposed to be overly sweet, I do expect a pleasant flavor that’s refreshing and enjoyable. Unfortunately, this time it was neither, and I couldn’t even bring myself to finish it. It was far from the usual quality I’ve come to expect.

Calming atmosphere. The smell of the floor cleaner was a bit strong for my nose though.

Parking: Tons of parking. During busy times you may have to walk a bit to get into the store.

Kid-friendliness: The staff are comfortable with kiddos.

Wheelchair accessibility: Tables easily able to roll up to and the entrances are ADA friendly.

I don't usually complain but today's drink were terrible, I even tiped good, maybe it was because there were only 2 employees... but there was only one other customer... but the strawberries wild order was more water then berries l.. I get inflation and Bidenomics and everyone is suffering under current peeps incharge but common! $10 for flavored water?! Plus a tip! This was the tipping point for me, things were way better under the orange guy! im ok with his mean tweets now. Bring back America I love! Voting red this year!

If you work at Jamba, and someone comes to you with a gift card and they are unsure how to activate it on the app you should as an employee help that customer, instead of being rude and telling the customer… “to come back when you figure it out”. Who the hell taught y’all customer service??
