I walked in today for 1 pretzel. No drinks. Just 1 pretzel. I sat there patiently waiting because they were busy. After about 8 mins I got up and went to the cashier and asked about my pretzel. It was sitting on top of the oven. They couldn't even bother to bring it to me. If I would have never asked about it who knows how long I'd be sitting there waiting!

I hate Jamba Juice. Every time I come here, staff are stressed and it takes forever to get a juice. AND prices are EXUBERANT! Unless I am dying of thirst I'm going to try and avoid ever spending my money here again .

Drove all the way out today and was told their juice machine was broken. It seems like Jumba Juice should always have that up and running. I got there around 8:00pm so maybe it broke after a lot of use today or something but you would think they would make sure they had a backup one.

The cashier was extremely unkind and didn't want to provide good customer service. I politely asked for a receipt so I could earn points because the screen had disappeared before I could choose to have one printed out. She told me that she asked me if I had an app but I told her I couldn't hear her over the blenders. She shrugged her shoulders and said even if she reprint the receipt it wouldn't have a barcode. I almost cried because I was already having a bad day and she was so rude for no reason at all.Thankfully other employees helped me out and reprint my receipt with no problem. I don't understand why it was such an issue. Even if the cashier was having a bad day she shouldn't have made me feel so horrible for asking for my receipt. She also charged me for boosts which are supposed to be free because I only got one per smoothie. Lastly, she didn't give me a discount for using my resuable Jamba cups.

My hangout everyday when JAMBA opens up is to sit down outside the store where there are several chairs with umbrellas and order plant based smoothies. Today, before I ordered, I used the CR first, unfortunately, I left my handbag with all my personals, cell phone and bank card, at first , I asked the LADY STAFFER if anyone turned over a handbag, it was a negative answer. I went back to the store, inquired again and the same staffer said she'll check the in the back room and she handed me my handbag with everything in it including my CASH MONEY, I was so excited and very thankful then, forgot her name. I will come back the next day to find out who she is and the others to show my gratitude for their honesty.To whoever who turned over my handbag, my sincerest thanks and gratitude to everyone. Just got 2 smoothies here and they were great. I didn't catch his name but the curly blonde haired man that helped us was super patient with our indecision and then walked over to the food prep area and blasted out 7 drinks in 4 minutes with crazy speed. It was like a famous drummer playing a familiar song, hitting levers, metering out ice, fruit scoops, etc. while talking to and passing orders to two mobile order people that had arrived. I gave him a tip and complimented his speed etc and he said thanks and ran back over to get the next register order. What a great asset to the store!
