Do yourself a huge favor and Alston by the Jamba in the Howe bout Arden location I'm sure that you'll find yourself pleasantly surprised. I went in the other night and felt like I wanted to try something new...... I wanted something peachy but vibrant and full of flavor....... with the help of Nani I was able to mix up a couple of signature flavors and it was nothing short of amazing. There's nothing like personalized service and a willing attitude. I can't wait to go back and get my next jamba...... by the way she also tracked down my Jamba rewards account updated my info and let me know the promo of the day was double points!!!! I hope her manager knows just how amazing she is!!!

Jamba associate was super rude. Been here a few times now and still have the same experience, usually come in the second half of the day. Closers don’t seem to be keen on serving customers.

Went in today and young lady working at the counter with an orange headband was super rude and short with me the entire transaction. It has been sprinkling/raining off and on all day so I asked about the discount. Her response was “it has to be raining not wet outside” even though it was clear that rain was hitting the floor outside, tone was rude and a very unpleasant interaction. Second time I have left this location in disappointment.

I just left this place and its been twice i came here for a acai primo bowl. Maaan too watery. Their granola is old and only half of the bowl instead. Will never come back

Went last Monday on July 8th in the morning. I placed an order online for a carrot orange twist. Online it does not give the option to add ice. When I pick it up I ask if they can pour it over ice and it is never a problem. This was not the case here. The girl who helped me I am not sure of the spelling but it was Sariyah Sariah but she was rude. She first told me I needed to pay for the ice. I said I never get charged. She then takes a small cup when I ordered a medium and told her that was going to be too small. With attitude She then says “Next time you need to order a large” I was in disbelief and shocked. I asked her why the attitude I have never experienced this. She then goes a gets me ice a gives me a little scoop of ice. I looked at her and said wow can I get more ice. She goes again and gets another small scoop. The ice didn’t even go halfway to the cup. She was acting like the ice was coming from her pay check. I didn’t have the time to argue with her anymore. My drink was extremely warm. I called and spoke to the manager who was there and she tried telling me as well they are required to charge for ice. I stated to the manager I have never ever been charged for ice for my drink. I’m not asking for another cup or a cup of ice. I just want ice in my juice. She told me she would refund my drink. When I asked if she needed my name or order number she said no she could handle it. Here we are and the charge is still on my card. She had no intentions on refunding me if she did she would have got my information. I have never experienced this kind of service and will not be coming back

I've read the owner's response below. I was in a bad mood when I did the review. Everything was fine. God bless you for trying to run a business in California. Otherwise, I retract except for the grown man job thing, but he was very solicitous at the end . Epically, slow and disorganized. This may be the most annoying Jamba in the whole world. Plus, there are otherwise a healthy looking adult males in their 30s working scooping ice cream. You could just kill me were I in that situation. Oh, that business about there being a drive-through. That's a lie.

I waited for 30 minutes for a large strawberry surf rider. People who ordered after me got their drinks and food before I did. Once I FINALLY got my one drink it had NO flavor. Strawberry surf riders are tangy, what the hell did they make me? It tast like WATER. I paid 10 bucks for a garbage drink. Worse location I've ever been too. Won't be back.
