My mom just got me and her a Jamba Juice from there brought me back mine and it definitely did not taste right at all taste like I was drinking straight milk and I ask for extra peanut butter and couldn’t even taste that was put in there. Really disappointed because I was looking forward to it and also haven’t had one in awhile.

The presentation for my Acai Bowl was beautiful. They made it perfect, were attentive, and kind, and honored the daily special deal, which they advertised outside their store.

Came in this morning for two drinks. Asked for them to be made thick. The African American employee with a tongue ring was rude and obviously hates her job. Questioned what it means to make a smoothie thick since they follow a recipe. We found this odd since we always order the smoothies thick and no one else has a problem with it. We had to help her brainstorm how to make it thick and suggested she add ice.

Obviously this upset her for some reason and she rudely put the drinks on the counter and walked away to go back to texting.

This location sucks. The girl upsold me a pretzel and it was burnt and hard as a rock. Instead of her saying I can’t do that to a customer she bagged it up and gave it to me anyway. Horrible customer service and food quality sucks. My drink was watered down and running as well.

We went here yesterday at 550 went in no one was in front wr waited 5 mins then my husband walk on side and seen employee in back iit shoul always be someone in front to help customers that was not ok then we order large orange dream machine and medium peanut butter mood and pretzel and waffle the pretzel was hard over bake and drinks was watery and over flowing cup the other employee had to rinse cup off and wiped it down super hero j need customer service and not be in back he should of been in front bad Customer service and I will not be back to this location I want my drinks remade and a pretzel not over bake so send me a gift card I want general manger or district manager call me thanks I was mad

Tasty beverages with a clean atmosphere. Speed of service needs to be greatly improved considering I walked in and there was 2/3 employees working and the time it took to make 3 drinks was almost an 45 min wait.

The employees have the worst attitude. They do not greet you when you walk in and one was rude to my child. If I could give a personal review of each employee I would. Only one employee would receive 5 star service, Everyone else -3

Why do they build these places backwards. The front of the store has 2 parking spots while the rest has hundreds. Its a jamba juice. 90% the same. But parking for this one is garbage.
