We went here yesterday at 550 went in no one was in front wr waited 5 mins then my husband walk on side and seen employee in back iit shoul always be someone in front to help customers that was not ok then we order large orange dream machine and medium peanut butter mood and pretzel and waffle the pretzel was hard over bake and drinks was watery and over flowing cup the other employee had to rinse cup off and wiped it down super hero j need customer service and not be in back he should of been in front bad Customer service and I will not be back to this location I want my drinks remade and a pretzel not over bake so send me a gift card I want general manger or district manager call me thanks I was mad

The employees here really do hate their jobs. It shows, and they're not afraid to show it either. They stay in the back and ignore customers. They're very monotoned too. Definitely won't be coming back. It's funny how they want and expect tip every single time with the same exact attitudes. The smoothies are also very chunky all the time.

Tasty beverages with a clean atmosphere. Speed of service needs to be greatly improved considering I walked in and there was 2/3 employees working and the time it took to make 3 drinks was almost an 45 min wait.

This Jamba location is very nice. I love how the store is spacious and has several tables and chairs indoors and outdoors to sit down comfortably. There are also charging ports available. The workers are super friendly and made my smoothie just right. Thumbs up for this location!

Why do they build these places backwards. The front of the store has 2 parking spots while the rest has hundreds. Its a jamba juice. 90% the same. But parking for this one is garbage.

We enjoy going in to get a smoothie. Had a couple delivered for the first time today through the Jamba Juice website and the bag it came in smelled like the delivery driver was hot boxing weed on the drive to our house. No more deliveries for us.

I went into Jamba juice they had the guy waiting in front of me for a while without even acknowledging him or apologizing for the wait its 3 workers acting like they are busy cleaning up, so when its my time to order a bigger african american female wearing glasses comes up and starts to take our order i mistakenly said a protein shot and tried to correct it she had a major attitude in her tone and kept over talkin me about protein and them only having two kinda i then got stern in my own voice stating i meant a vitamin shot, if she would let me speak the guy clocking out next to her looked like ok maybe i should step in and she never apologizes for being rude or unprofessional or her attitude. I am by no way racist but when you are african american speaking to another african american please dont have an attitude it shows why black ppl get the rep that they do. Its also not very sanitary since no one wears gloves when making your drink. Never going to Jamba juice in Delta shores again!!!
