Jamba Juice

I love Jamba juice and find myself there probably 3 to 4 times out of the week. The staff is nothing short of amazing and keep in mind they are located in the heart of downtown Sacramento and still managed to be very very helpful polite and informative every visit despite all of the disruptions and high traffic. Ben is amazing and delivers consistently exceptional customer service so exceptional that I now mix smoothie flavors and craft my own drink. They are a little pricey but the produce and fruit is very very fresh the most amazing smoothies I've never disappoint.

The gal that helped me select my two smoothies was helpful in describing all my options and multiple questions.Unfortunately the flavor of both Protein Berry & Peanut Butter Banana were bland but consistency good.

Fae was very accommodating! I loved this experience, and this is definitely my favorite Jamba Juice I’ve ever been to! Will definitely be returning for more Jamba Juice! The texture of my smoothie was amazing! And it was so delicious, I could eat the entire stock! I’m drooling just thinking about returning for more Jamba Juice! Wonderful experience!

I Love The Original Banana Berry Smoothie & The Electric Lemonade Smoothie With Substitutions!!!! 🥤🥤🍓🫐🍑🍌🍍🍒🍋🍏🍎

As someone who loves fruit smoothies, this central location makes it super convenient to stop by whether I'm out running downtown errands or taking a break. The store is bright and cheerful. I'm always blown away by the wide variety of smoothies, juices, and everything else they have to choose from, featuring lots of healthy ingredients. It's a great feature to the DOCO plaza that makes for an easy and feel-good quick stop during a day out. I'll definitely keep this location in mind for future stops!

Cashier and backroom workers have an attitude and ignore customers. Smoothies have a watery consistency with a metallic aftertaste. I've tried 6 different smoothies from here and haven't liked a single one, despite I love all the ingredients. I want to like this place but it just isn't good. I always regret spending money here.

Great place never had them make my smoothy the wrong way very quick at making them

Placed my mobile order and arrived in store at est pick up time. They did not even start preparing my order until 20 min later.Worse service than any other venue in DOCO area.

Decent Jamba Juice. Gets really busy when there’s a game or event going on but they work quickly and efficiently.

Rude and grouchy cashier- she seemed so mad, their orange juice machines broken the outside sitting situation was nasty.
