This place is amazing, hands down. I’ve been coming here for years and they are so consistent; and that’s something you really have to respect out of a food service establishment. Everyone is always so nice and my boyfriend and I will go in for his white gummi and my greens and ginger. It really goes to show how something like that can really make your day.

While I love a good jamba on a hot day, this location was less than desirable to visit. I went in for 1 drink and a wheat grass shot. Of course they didn't have any wheat grass, which seems to be the norm all every jamba location. The line was SO long at the kiosk, and not one employee offered to help or take someone's order. It was able a 20+ minute wait for 1 Caribbean passion. We sat at the chairs/ table there where you can look outside and the printed window cover was disgusting! Not a pleasant visit.

amazing employees !!! i ordered online using my birthday deal and the app lagged and couldn’t find my order confirmatio. so i came in and explained the situation and showed them my screen and charge on my bank, they remade my drink immediately !!! thank you for being understanding !!!! i hope you guys have a great day and people are kind to you like you’ve been kind to me

I’ve worked for Jamie for a long time and am very familiar with customer service expectations. This is One of the worst Jamba juices I’ve been to, customer service was lacking in every category. Completely blah and incapable of taking an order. 10 am shift needs serious retraining on Jamba customer service.

I ordered a smoothie and food for pick up. The app showed that at 7:28 am your order will be ready. I arrived at 7:28 and “kissed the door”. No body is there, the store is closed, although there is the information on the door too that the store is opened from 7 am.
