Top Tier service I love this place The manager is wonderful The employees are awesome All the other Jamba Juice stores should follow suite. The only problem I have is I wish I could give 10 stars

I did a order ahead on the app for 5:35 pm and got there at 5:30 with the smoothie ready in the fridge and melted. Who knows how long ago they made it??? ???

amazing employees !!! i ordered online using my birthday deal and the app lagged and couldn’t find my order confirmatio. so i came in and explained the situation and showed them my screen and charge on my bank, they remade my drink immediately !!! thank you for being understanding !!!! i hope you guys have a great day and people are kind to you like you’ve been kind to me

Service was good, but out of stock on certain items from the menu.
I’ve worked for Jamie for a long time and am very familiar with customer service expectations. This is One of the worst Jamba juices I’ve been to, customer service was lacking in every category. Completely blah and incapable of taking an order. 10 am shift needs serious retraining on Jamba customer service.

I ordered a smoothie and food for pick up. The app showed that at 7:28 am your order will be ready. I arrived at 7:28 and “kissed the door”. No body is there, the store is closed, although there is the information on the door too that the store is opened from 7 am.
