This review is strictly based on the staff. The girl was extremely rude. I was the only one in the store she wanted me to use the kiosk and I didnât want to my order so she said âim busy you will have to waitâ I said thatâs fine. I proceeded to wait and wait. I paid x2 for extra coconut and this is what I got. She kept arguing w/ me in front of the arriving customer. What has happened to customer service? By the way her name is Natalee Y. And to make it worse she said sheâs the General Manager! She

Your app still sucks! Do you have drunk lemur running it? For years it's the only restaurant app I have problems with. So I just go to the location, then using your self serve Kiosk, it's a mess too. At one point i had rewards for a free large bowl, so I order a large instead of the usual small. The cart shows zero dollars, while checking out there's an error. Suddenly my rewards are gone and I owe $8. You guys are incompetent and thieves. You also charge a 3% surcharge when ordering online. I am saving you labor!!! Disgraceful practices.

This location is terrible!! I order a strawberry chunky bowl almost every morning and get very upset when I order from this location by mistake on Jamba Juice app for delivery. The bananas are always old and brown also the parfait is never fresh always watery ! Instead of throwing out yogurt when they donât sell it they put in the fridge and sell it the next day gross And of course NEVER ANSWERS THE phone to even make the situation better. If you needed a sign this is it!
