It really sucks when you find people that make your smoothies really well and has great customer service and then the company moves them to another location. I really miss Ty and Pete. This is the second time I came to this location with new employees and the atmosphere in this place does not feel lively at all, except the shift lead named Alyisha who was very accommodating and friendly. I came in there to get a smoothie for my friend and I. I asked the shift leader that made mine why mine had a different coloring? And he said that a strawberry accidentally fell into where the bananas were, and he was gonna serve that to me anyway! Shocked at what I just heard, I said that I would taste it. I didn't like it so he did make me another one, but that was very disappointing how he was going to serve me an altered version of a PB banana smoothie. I'm waiting to get a call back from the general manager but I doubt they will call me back. Not going back to this location until further notice.

This café left an unpleasant impression. Restroom access is only allowed with a purchase, which feels very unwelcoming. I understand business policies, but basic respect for visitors is more important. Unfortunately, I don’t plan to return

I am a United States Marine Corps Vet 53 in age. My wife and I have been patronizing this location for at least nine years with no issues. However, I decided to visit one morning as I walked in I expressed too the manager that I needed too use the restroom before I ordered. I was declined. I explained that I really need too use it bad. I was told I needed too purchase something first. I didn't know what I wanted yet. The manager was very condescending in tone and continued too push me too order. Now I'm telling the I really needed too use the restroom. I was told by the manager that because of the homeless it's the company policy. I'm dressed in work attire, clearly not a homeless person. The manager was practicing a form of bias. In the end I felt very belittled and actually urinate on myself. I was so embarrassed by the manager after being told I was not welcome in the store while addressing the manager using terminology they preferred. I also reached out too there online and phone number and reported this situation. I was never called back so I followed up and was told that the local owner doesn't have to respond with a resolution or call. In other words we dont care. There is more I can say about the managers attitude but I want but as United States Marine Corps vet I trained too protect the freedom of all Americans even the manager who so blatantly disrespected and discriminated against me.

Just went into this Jamba Juice for the first time and the person working by the name of Carolina was awesome! She acknowledged me the min I walked in and also everyone else. She was the only one working however it was still quick and friendly service all the way around. Great Customer Service!!!

I travel for work a lot and frequent different Jamba Juice locations. This one is my favorite because it's always bright and clean with fun music playing and staff and management always provide excellent warm friendly service. It's also conveniently located near the freeway and parking is never an issue.

I just wanna say, and I'm going to apologize that I'm forgetting his name because I've been through alot this week...but the manager that works in the morning is a blessing to me. I wish he and I were related because I could just sit and talk to him and I know we would have a genuine conversation. I never ask for anything from him but I appreciate him understanding what I'm going through. If I could give this man 50 ⭐️s I would.

Stopped by at 3:24 Wed afternoon for 2 large wild strawberries. We gave up and had to leave at 4:00 without getting our order or refund so that my granddaughter could get to work herself. During that 35 minutes only 1 customer left with their order. Horrible service!
