I just ordered 2 c-boosters via DoorDash, and they gave us the leftovers with a sweet note! My husband and I came home from a vacation and have been so sick. I’ve been rocking a 103° fever for 2 days and this is the ONLY thing I’ve been wanting. Opening the bag to find more brought tears to my eyes, thank you SO much for being so kind. I really needed it today.

I just went there to get a drink in this scorching hot Sacramento weather. I was greeted and helped by Jimena & Lee. The service I received was beyond exceptional! I really hope their managers see this & give them a raise!! Jamba Juice #591 on 65th and Folsom!!!

This is a highly college students traffic area and this specific location takes advantage of broke college students and racks up their price at least $2 more than normal. E.g. i got regular size chunky strawberry bowl here and it was $11.50 after tax when normally its $9.50 for most jamba places. Idk if its like that for other drinks but this location ridiculous.

I came to this Jamba Juice after another had basically prepared my smoothie as kale lemonade. I was already having one of those mornings, so making another stop nearly put me over the top. Luckily, Justin was able to amend my smoothie and make it drinkable. I am grateful for his kindness and compassion towards me.
I frequent this location twice a week. Morning manager Justin is welcoming, efficient, and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his excellent service.

Not only do I come to this Jamba Juice RELIGIOUSLY, I am a Mexican man who has received the upmost best customer service, warm filled welcomes, and great hospitality as I wait for my order every time. It is disheartening to hear that Justin is a person of discrimination of any sort. Justin and Maya, for me, have been the staple of this Jamba Juice and main purpose of why I come to this Jamba Juice and not any other. Anyone that comes to this Jamba Juice will love it as much as I do. Thank you Jamba Juice, Justin, and Maya.

I have been going to this location for a few years now .. I have never experienced a racist employee or bad situation. pets aren’t allowed in many restaurants. when they are under staff and the employees are all busy you have to have patience for yourself and them this location could use more help to prevent upset customers and over worked staff .

I am the victim of discrimination by employee name Justin . I was there around 11.30 am with my 3 small dogs and I tied my 3 dogs outside and I went inside the store. That time only one customer inside the store .I gave order of $22.00 to the employee name Justin and he charged me $22.00 and I told him I am waiting outside with my Dogs and he said he will bring my food outside. I was waiting outside almost half hour but he didn’t bring my food outside, when I was tired of waiting I asked him about my food but he was searching my order in his computer register and he said Oh plz wait . I was wondering he was preparing another customers food and juice and he gave all the customers food and juice who came after me . At least more than 10 customers came after me and all are white customers and I am the only Indian customer in the store and all white customers took food and left but he did not prepared my food that I came before of 10 customers. Then I asked him for my refund and he was ready to give my refund but he charged me again instead of giving me refund and he gave me receipt and later when I saw the refund on my phone it’s showing he charged me twice . And I went back to the store . And he called his owner and refund came back and I got very very bad experience with him as he gave me hard time . He did. Not prepared my food because I was Indian customer in the store but he prepared all another white customers foods who came after me . I am going to send his written complaint to headquarters of Jamba Juice . This employee needs more Training . He Did not gave me food and juice that I was paid and he charged me twice . I will never go on this location again , As this location employees only prepared food of white customers and they ignored another religion customers . Thanks Karleen
