This is the most overpriced Jamba juice I've been to in Sac.They micro-charge you for everything. The last couple of jambas I've been to offer the 1st boost free.Goodbye.

I went there just a few weeks ago and paid for an açaí primo smoothie bowl. I got excited since it has been weeks they have been telling me they don't make any more smoothie bowls - but this time was different. I paid for my bowl, but it was last minute communication between the workers that they are no longer making any. The cashier was kind enough to ask them to just make one for me since my transaction had gone through. I was extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with the order. I got my bowl, and it was 99% fruit and 1% açaí primo. Extremely different fromthe ones I have gotten before. :(

I got smoothie bowl and the strawberries were discolored and the bananas were mushy and I wouldn't recommend to wasting your time here!

The guy behind the counter was doing his best working both register and making drinks and was very friendly, however the older gentleman was in the back the whole time and only came out to talk to a regular but still didn't make any drinks or work the register. If he is the manager he needs to be going above and beyond reducing wait times and helping customers rather than back of house tasks when it's busy.

The smoothie I had got was so watered down that the smoothie didn't even taste like what I had ordered. The cheddar twist that I had ordered with my smoothie didn't have any cheese nor any sauce in it, it was basically just bread. Absolute garbage compared to other Jamba Juice locations, would not recommend.

Good customer service and very healthy choices. The availability of some items have been spotty sometimes as last time we went there, they didn't even had carrots. But overall good options at reasonable prices.

It's good. Sometimes I think they're understaffed. Four stars because if that and because the girl at the register was on her phone in between customers instead of helping make smoothies.

ripped off!I paid $7 for a small matcha green tea and was given a cup that wasn’t even full. I am Very very disappointed in this waste of money and time. I’ve never received this poorly of service and this much of a rip off. I normally enjoy Jamba Juice and having it on campus is a pleasure, but was dissapointed in the service at this location.
