I got the Vanilla Blue Sky large bowl, and even though the service was great, the bowl was not. It had a fishy taste and the strawberries were sour. I always get this bowl at other locations and this is the first time I encountered this fishy taste. According to Google, this means either the spirulina was bad, or the blenders were not properly cleaned and old spirulina that went bad got into my bowl. Disappointing...

After shopping at the Arden mall for awhile, I decided to get a Jamba drink & oatmeal just to hold me over since I had more stores to visit. I was the only customer so my drink came out pretty fast. However it took about 20-25 min to get my oatmeal! Other customers caused the 2 workers to become busy and they put my oatmeal on the back burner! There needs to be more than 2 workers on a busy Friday!

Service was excellent but for $9 for a small drink I would appreciate my cup filled to the top. I ordered three drinks and all of them had a at least 2 inches of space from the top.

Perfect spot for a cool down. Got the Mango-A-Go-Go and it hit the spot on a warm day. Staff was fast and super friendly, and they had the place spotless. lines can get long though. Always a reliable stop inside the mall.

The girls here are super mean for no reason, I just came in and ordered a bowl. I asked for modifications because the kiosk didn’t have the options I wanted and no one was available to ring me up. They acted irritated making my item. Then made it incorrectly I kindly asked to remake it and she did but when she did she slid the bowl to me and ignored me when I said thx . Like if you hate your job just say that

Four Stars because Ash came through to clean up the lack of customer service. Home girl with the fried ashy orange hair needs a new job. No one forced you to work there I hope your days are as ugly as you are and your tired weak attitude. Do the job or don’t be there. Simple

This Jamba Juice is hidden in one of the short corridor on the first floor inside of Arden Fair mall. It's across from Wetzel's Pretzels. I wanted something cold, but not boba or iced tea. Jamba Juice was perfect! I ordered my usual Mango a Go Go. I swear it used to be called Mega Mango, maybe? Anyway, that was the only thing with mango. My second choice would be the green smoothie. Service was quick! My smoothie was ready in few minutes. It was delicious and thirst-quenching!This location had waffle, sweet pretzel and mini sandwiches! Did they always have food on the menu? Honestly, I only get smoothies or juice here, but the waffle looks pretty good. Maybe next time!
