Ambiance: open kitchen and vibrant interior design with blue Mediterranean Sea colors. The restaurant is bright, chic and welcoming. Service: the cashier outstanding. She was welcoming and checked up on my table several times. Food: the Greek salad does not have any lettuce, it consists of chopped tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers with four cubes of feta cheese. The meat was dry with no flavor. Recommendations: I would recommend they tell the customers what a Greek salad consists of, before they allow them to purchase it. I've never had a Greek salad without lettuce.

I’ve been to Jayna Gyro many times. Up until today, I’ve had decent experiences. Today I walked in to pick up my order that I placed online and was completely ignored. It’s as if I were invisible. I wasn’t noticed until I brought attention to myself. A huge part of me wanted to continue standing by the register just to see how long it would take to be noticed. It’s unfortunate when bad experiences such as this ruin a good thing. I also paid for extra pepperoncinos and got one. I won’t be returning.

The food tasteless. The chicken gyro was very dry and tasteless. The trio dip one of them only tasted like garlic and the other two had no taste. They lack any food presentation skills. The one star is just for the indoor decor.

AMAZING. I wasn’t able to take a picture because the food was wolfed down too fast hahaha. Lavash was very good, as was the saffron Turkish delight. Atmosphere was wonderful—I would pay a lot more for this place than what they charge. Definitely coming back.
Easy order at the counter and friendly, helpful service. Fresh, made daily baked buns, delicious, gourmet style juicy lamb burger and wines. I saw the Napa Valley connection on the signage and it inspired me to check it out. As a wine country transplant, I was not surprised to see the extension here! Took a quick lunch when just in the area for an appointment nearby. Such a fun place with lots of culture in the decor and music. I love Greek food, (and have worked at a very busy Greek eatery in North Berkeley as a student.)

This is the best gyro or shawarma I've had in America. The tzatziki is also the best I've ever had. Just the perfect combo of flavors. I have to also give a shout out to the staff - always phenomenal.
