JB's Lounge & Grill

I discovered JB's during the Pandemic and have been ordering from them every since because "They Do Not Miss". I ordered the Catfish and loaded baked potato and that potato was a work of art, literally! It was built to please with cheese, bacon, crisp green onions and shrimp. The best part about their fried catfish is how the cornbread batter stays on the fish and is crunchy GOODNESS! Honestly this will always be my go to take out the one that has set the standard high.

This is a neighborhood location so I could be biased, but one reason why I am revered and loved is because of my honesty and treating everyone as fairly as possible with that being said, oh, I will come here and eat every day of the week if I could my children love their food I’d love their food and it has been that way for 20 years my only grade which is very small and minimal is that the greens that are prepared are not always available but the cat fish and macaroni and cheese is to die for from the seasoning to the texture to the presentation. Looks amazing taste even better. I will always suggest this place especially on Monday and Tuesday when my favorite chef is cooking the two sisters one is a server the other is the chef them two together will make your visit enjoyable on two separate ways. When you will be full and satisfied the other, you will receive some great energy conversation and not to mention they both are beautiful. Don’t be scared. Come to Lincoln Village in the east side of Sacramento and allow the hospitality to be provided. You will have a different perspective if you do again Monday and Tuesday are my favorite but everybody in there from the owner to security are amazing down to earth human beings. Love the spicy wings. Great home type energy. Friendly staff and patrons. Server/ bartender is on point. Her service was impeccable and she's sweet as pie! Chill spot. Good drinks too!

Back in the day this ysed to be a nice dive spot. I haven't been in a while, however I was told they have open mic nights, up and coming comedians coming through so I may check them out when I'm in the area again.

Karaoke was live bartender friendly and made good drinks crowd was was popping

The atmosphere and vibe is excellent. Everyone there was was very nice. The food I hate to say was not that good. Large portions but the collard greens, red beans and rice and macaroni and cheese had a weird flavor. Fried catfish and wings were good.

JB's is a great place for the mature adult who wants to enjoy good music on Sunday they have a live Band Bob Jones and the Choosen Few. And during Football and Basketball season there is no better place for the mature adult to enjoy. I can go enjoy and be home at a decent hour.

There is a very good band in there on every Sunday from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. awesome band feel like you at a concert and the food is awesome

JB'S Lounge is a wonderful place to be to relax and enjoy the entertainment on Sundays. Bob Jones and the chosen few a rhythm and blues band from Sacramento CA. They have taco Tuesday, karaoke Thursday's, Friday and Saturday nights are off the hook with in the mix music R&B and Soul. Believe me when I say you don't want to miss being in the place to be. Went here after work for some food and a drink. The bar tender was very friendly. I ordered the chicken wings basket with fries. The chicken was very crispy and good. The price was great and you got a lot of food for the price. Will be going back!
