I always get good food here, when they have it. I don't even go very often but I'm not kidding you the last three times that I went they were out of components for the sandwich I wanted. Always out of the rosemary bread and one time not only were they out of the bread but they didn't have lettuce or tomato. Please stock your business to meet the needs of your patrons. Thank you!

The gentleman who served me was extremely patient and very kind. He was beyond happy to serve me and making sure that I was well taken care of. Highly recommended, not just for the food, but also for the generic service. Thank you!

Went in and got the cali club and the lady only out one piece of bacon and when I asked if I could have another piece she put one more small piece of bacon and charged me 1.65 for it. The sandwich is anlready 2 dollars more than other sandwiches because of the toppings. Also put so much lettuce on my sandwich it became a salad. There were only two workers and one was in the back and came to make our food and the other was sitting at a table with her feet up on her phone.

The sandwiches are good but the two ladies who were making my sandwiches seemed a bit too pushy and rushed even though there was NO ONE in the store. I wanted 2 full subs and i had already explained multiple times that it was my first time coming there to get food. They proceeded to both ask what i wanted on my sandwiches at the same time randomly and when i paused and explained what i wanted on my first sandwich i asked for extra cheese as i had written down a sandwich order my sister raved about. I kept getting interrupted from the other lady while the first was asking me questions as well. I asked for a Philly cheese steak for the second sandwich and the lady clarified and said “so you want a chicken philly cheese steak?” And who the heck asks for chicken!? I repeated what i asked for and she started making that sandwich. When i continued with the lady making the first sandwich, she seemed put out and annoyed that i asked for cheese then because she then said “oh, i wish you said that first because we have to put the cheese and meat on the bottom so i have to flip it over, we are supposed to do it with the meat” and i answered her “i’m sorry i have never been here before i don’t know how it works, i was just reading it off how i have it written down but i’ll do that next time” And she just continued to act like she just wanted me out of there. My mom was on the phone with my sister and she asked “are they already making the sandwich? Y’all just walked in there.”

Overall the food was good, but i didn’t under what the rush was as it was in the morning and there was nobody else coming in. They weren’t understanding and i felt a sense that i wasn’t welcomed there. If i visit another restaurant i will go to another location.

The shop was clean the kitchen looked clean, and food was fresh. I only feel their customer service could be better. Communication needs work.

The mean lady working at 2:00 pm should be fired. She is rude and does a terrible job making the sandwiches. Jersey Mike's food is really good and this location will be better when she is gone.

The manager on site at 11:15am 8-15-25 very very poor customer service acted like she didn’t what to be there that customers were bothering her. As I went to order she was leaning against the meat counter asked what kind of bread with a very condescending voice/attitude, I ask what kind of bread do you have? She threw her hand up, pointed at the display in the glass case there are right there read it…

I absolutely love Jersey Mike’s go to their locations all around Sacramento never ever will. I go there again very disappointed. Owner needs to take note. Please rudest lady I have ever met at a eating establishment.

This store ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Its very unfortunate as I love Jersey Mikes but the constant mess up on orders and trying to get them fixed is completely unacceptable. 9/10 times the sandwhich is made wrong. I ordered a sandwhich today and they added ingredients that they were not told to add. Tried calling back to let them know and was yelled at, told not to come back to the store, and was hung up on. There is a particular female employee who is always working that messes up consistently. Also tried writing to corporate and no one ever got back. Do better Jersey Mikes.

Dont ever go here if you want to have your order made right. I called after driving 30 minutes back home because there was no roast beef or bacon on my club supreme and was told I would have to drive the sandwich and receipt all the way back to have any compensation for it. Bottom line is that they messed up my order and didnt have the morals to make it right. Very unsatisfied

I door dashed a chicken Philly, this was my first time trying Jersey Mike’s, and omg thank god I looked inside the sandwich before eating it, and there I see hair not just one multiple hairs which was really disgusting…. Never again will I eat there…. No thanks….

Trying to sample a number of sandwich places located everywhere. Chain or independent it doesn't matter. We're going to figure out if all sandwiches taste the same and/or the differences.
We have already tried a few, but this is only our second review for sandwich shops.
This is our number two place to go. We like the fact you can watch them grill the hot sandwich selections right in front of you.
We ordered the big kahuna chicken cheese steak, and we ordered the foot long.
It was great, the melted enhanced each bit of the bread (white roll) and the chicken grilled with onions and green bell peppers. Excellent
