SO Good! I was craving a deli sandwich today and decided to go with Jersey Mikes. I was not disappointed! Had half for lunch and the other for dinner and still full. Very fresh and humongous! Will order again!

I paid about $43 for 2 subs and I found a hair in it. I also did not like the taste of the sandwich as well. Unfortunately, this is a no for me.

I love the California Club Sub on rosemary parmesan, it's amazing. I order the same thing every time, and they never disappoint. Sometimes, I can't find that option on the mobile app, so when I ask in person, the staff are happy to make it for me. Depending on what day and time you go, the crowds can very much, so it may be hard to get a table inside to eat.

That smaller size Philly Cheese steak was good, but small..It was my first time eating here, and well, no frills were had for 11 bucks of overpriced sandwich.The girls working, were light hearted and cool...The place was empty on a Friday at 230p.I will return, for the big ripoff.

Love their sandwiches but I wish they had red onions !! It would really bring it all together so nicely. The workers emit a weird vibe most of the time and last time I was there they were moving super slow and i was late to work because of it. I had 15 minutes to spare to get food and it took them nearly 20 minutes to make a three topping sandwich. To be fair it was slightly busy but i also felt as if they could've moved faster. I'm giving four stars just because of how good the food tastes but the employees could use some feedback about giving off better vibes.

Had another shop cancel an order on me last minute. these guys were able to fill my large order with less than a 24 hour lead time. great service and excellent sandwiches.

Omg the lady was nice at first, but when I asked if I could get banana peppers and chipotle mayo added to my sandwich, the lady got a little rude. Like, if I'm ordering a sandwich I thought I could add what I wanted, anyway, that wasn't my problem, my problem was I waited 10 minutes for my big kahuna chicken sandwich only for them to try to make me pay for a philly sandwich. I told her I was sorry if there was a confusion but I ordered the chicken one and she said No you ordered number 56, idk what number she said but I was like um no I said big kahuna chicken, she said no you ordered number fifty something (i forgot the number) I was like I dont even know the sandwiches by number girl, there's no way I ordered that one. Then she says well she can't remake it for me because she can't throw this sandwich away, and I said no I don't eat red meat I'm not paying for a Giant sandwich I will not eat. And I was like guess now you have to throw it away, and I left. Trying to make me pay for their mistake??? No thank you. I'll stick to Firehouse and Ikes Subs.
I don't know why it's taken me so long to try Jersey Mike's, but I finally did. My sandwich was excellent. It's a bit pricey, but I like that all the meats are sliced to order, and the sandwich was loaded. Restaurant tables were dirty, and no one seemed to care. I just ate real fast and headed home.

While I ordered Chicken sandwich, I received steak sandwich but I didn’t see it until I got home. I called the store immediately and I was told we are closing now bring the sandwich tomorrow for an exchange. She didn’t even offer any future credit or offer an apology.She kept saying bring the sandwich tomorrow. Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. I had no choice but to eat the steak sandwich since we had nothing else at home. The management needs to to train their staff.I don’t recommend this place and we will not return as well.

We stopped by here for some dinner before our movie. This was easy and quick. We only tried Jersey Mike's once before, at an airport, in New York. That was not good. But usually, airport places are not great.I order the Big Kahuna. They grilled it. It took a few minutes, not too long of a wait. It tasted good. They didn't over cook the meat. There wasn't a whole lot of cheese in it. It was still good.

We visit this place often, but our experience tonight is our last day at this restaurant. I ordered Chicken Sandwich but received a steak sandwich. I called them as soon I opened the bag and found out my order was wrong. The lady who picked up the phone told me that they were closing and I needed to take the sandwich back to them the next day for an exchange. Unbelievable! Very unprofessional and lack of customer service. She didn't even offer any future credit, and she continued to tell me that I needed to save the sandwich and take it back for exchange. I ate the sandwich although it wasn't my preference but I will never go back to this place and I won't recommend it all.

Clean location with friendly Spanish-speaking staff (they were playing Marco Antonio Solis, Ana Gabriel and Juan Gabriel). My mom and I went last week and I had a roast beef sandwich -- the meat was so fresh and you could taste the great quality. The veggies were fresh and the rosemary bread was so yummy! They forgot to offer us the oils and vinegars at the end so that was a bummer -- I feel like we didn't get the full effect flavor, but hey.. overall it was a pleasant experience with my momma.
