I really enjoy coming to this establishment because the portions are so big. i Always make my sandwhich giant size so i eat half and save the other half for dinner. don't be discourage when you arrive and there is a 10 people wait. They move fast! my favorite sandwhich is the Chicken philly so good!

this place is filled with bigots and poltitical actors. I love a good jersey mike's sandwich, but I will never give this particular store business again nor did I leave a tip. they also choose your bread for you...I had cheese bread imposed on me today...I ordered sourdough/white and so you know this is credible, check out the legacy leadership website...I'm a product of fortune 500 and would like to take this opportunity to let you know not to waste your time at this unprofessional establishment. acting nice to then compensate for the guilt you feel for being purposely rude only speaks volumes of passive aggression. i'm debating whether I want to temporarly shut it down or not.

I'm from the East Coast and I'm so so so happy to find Jersey Mike's subs here and they are just like the ones I tasted in point Hudson, New Jersey. He's a parking, clean facility with friendly staff, freshly sliced and so delicious ....my number one.!!!!

Terrible service and very skimpy on the meat. Who makes a BLT with no mayonnaise? First time I went. There was pretty good. Second time not so much.

Twice I was there and both times the prep area was super dirty. The staff weren't even concerned when I mentioned it to them. I've never been so disappointed in any service at any place in the area.

Disappointing. The young man cutting the meat was great but the other staff person who was to "provide the condiments" on top of the bread/meat didn't listen to anything we said. For example, we asked for "Mike's Way" on 1 of our 2 sandwiches and the worker went out of her way to grab a bottle of mustard from a different workstation and slathered our "Mike's Way" sandwich with mustard. That is not Mike's Way, but this particular worker seemed distracted looking at the online ticket orders that were sitting on the counter. The 2nd sandwich wasn't prepared per our instructions, either, but we chose to not ask them to remake either of our 2 sandwiches. Another example- why ask if we want bacon on a sandwich that automatically comes with bacon (the #8)?? Next time, I will be more vocal instead of trying to "be nice" when receiving such poor customer service. My fault.

What i got was not what I ordered, but was good quality. Ordered through the app for store pickup so no excuse incorrect and incomplete sandwich. It was missing every single topping that i had ordered. I tipped before pick up at pay on app point - so, a $25 dollar sandwich - large. Tipped. Thought i was safe to assume i would be getting what I ordered. NOPE. Get home eat 1 of the 4 slices, think, “ok perhaps just this portion of the sandwich got missed when constructing.” Ate the next 1/4 cut. Still, none of the toppings present that i had ordered. Opened the rest of the sandwich to find that NO part of the entire sandwich had any of the toppings that i had ordered. Tried in-app support to have this corrected - nope, no help. Called the store to give them an opportunity to correct this - nope, straight to voicemail. Phone number in app matched phone number in google maps. Called again, nope, no answer, left voicemail. Still no call back. I will increase star rating when i feel like a valued customer.

I was hesitant about this place, but holy moly...it's GREAT! So fresh. They cut all the meat to order and grill it right there. I literally have no complaints. Even with as new as god place is, they are all working well together and running things smoothly. We love it here
