This place is right around the corner but I never go there. This review is based on the Portabella Cheese Steak sandwich I ordered tonight. Took forever to get my order taken, then was told it would take 15mins for the sandwich. I took my food home (~2mins distance) sandwich was Completely flavorless. The meat looked like it was essentially boiled and not grilled. Like even a bit of salt could have made it a little better. There was so much cheese as if they thought it was going to give the meat flavor, and the mushrooms were the tiniest, almost non-existent pieces. I ordered a regular and took around 5 bites before I gave up. Not worth the calories or the $ I spent on it.

The guys working were goofing around and talking to some girl. The place was a mess. The only female took my order and i saw meat on the grill that looked like it had been sitting there for quite awhile. Guess what i got. The old meat. Honestly i was very uncomfortable to say i wanted new. I will not go to this store again. The grill was dirty and the floor and. No one was in there. Theywere not doing anything.

They should probably teach their new employees what ingredients go into each sandwich. A #9 comes with bacon. 2 visits in a row where the person didn't add the ingredient, even after i asked him during the second visit to not forget it, and even confirmed with him that he had added it. Got home, you guessed it, no bacon. Been coming here since it opened, and only order the #9 since then.
Usually the sandwiches I get here are awesome except today! Got a mini Italian mikes way add banana peppers before work for lunch - eating lunch right now and there is literally zero mayo or mustard just a dry sandwich How did I miss them not putting Mayo or mustard on????

Won't be coming here anymore. Manager was very rude. I came to this location pretty regularly and when asking about the free birthday sandwich was told they can't accommodate, even when I was told otherwise by an employee on the phone the day before. He had a very smug attitude and didn't care to lose business.

GM is rude and unprofessional. He doesn't properly train his staff, which leads to miscommunications that he apparently refuses to take responsibility for. There are better sandwich shops with better service. They'll be getting my patronage from now on.
