It was a great experience. My friend who has trouble eating because of his cancer had made a call ahead of me arriving and they had everything taking care of. The Philly number 17 was outstanding. I will definitely recommend this place over any sandwich shop in Sacramento that I know of. Thank you Jersey Mike's staff for having my friends order taken care of.

I had a horrible experience here food was old. I contacted the company. No one seems to care. I used to eat her every week now I have no longer going to be purchasing from this location what happened to the customer is always right

Fist Time at Jersey Mike's!! Great little location! Very clean appearance and employees were all very nice! I had the 13 Cold sandwich, everything was very fresh it was a decent cold sandwich bread was also fresh and good. I will be Back and try hot sub hopefully it blows me away!! I have Zéro complaints Jersey Mike's is good!

Walked in today to order some sandwiches and it was packed!!! The staff and manager Josh were very polite and under pressure to get people in and out and they did a great job. Always great staff working and great sandwiches! Thanks Josh for your professionalism while dealing with online orders while making sandwiches for us standing in line.

I placed an online pick up order through the store's website. There was no option to substitute provolone cheese for anything else, so we left our cheese preference in the comments section. My boyfriend was on his way home and arrived to the store minutes after I had placed the online order and he could hear the employee putting together our order say "if they want pepper jack they can go get it from the store" (clearly in response to our online order comment). Safe to say we did not get that pepper jack cheese on the sandwich lol but we also didn't get any heads up about it either. Not a big deal, just wish they weren't rude about it.

The place was clean and well kept. The employees are always patient, kind has amazing customer service and they know the food. The food is absolutely delicious and I love getting my sandwiches from there. Definitely my number one sandwich shop! I highly recommend! The meat, vegetables to the soda is always top notch.

I absolutely love supporting businesses with wonderful employees who go above and beyond and the small details always count. Thank you jersey Mike's team! Esp the rad girl with the cool blue hair. The sandwiches were for a work event and I didn'thave one but I'm sure they are fine. Great competitive prices for catering.
