3 fine gentleman made our night. The white guy cleaned the place spotless, the black guy generously sliced the proteins while also remembering our whole long order & the asian guy suggested dressing up our sandwiches “Mike’s way” which we’ll always do from now on, everything was so delicious. Another guy came in after us & we found his commentary towards these 3 gentlemen to be condescending & shallow but they serviced him regardless, didn’t feed into his ignorance & showed lots of charm. Very happy, will definitely be back for the turkey & provolone on rosemary bread, Mike’s way👍🏼

I’ve lived in Natomas for a little more than 7 years and when I first moved here from the east coast, I was excited to see a Jersey Mike’s in my new neighborhood. After growing up in New Jersey, it’s always been a big deal to me to have a good sub selection near me. I have frequented this location on a regular basis over the 7+ years of living here and have had zero complaints. The customer service, food quality, appearance of location and timeliness has been spot on each and every time I come in. It’s so easy for people to find fault and complain when the most minor of an inconvenience happens and not enough people recognize and acknowledge when things go their way. I wanted to take a moment to recognize and acknowledge this company and this location in particular for doing what’s right day in and day out. I can’t emphasize enough how refreshing it is to show up to a business and have a perfect experience each and every time. Great job and keep this up!

First time here. Had chicken salad sub. Don't recommend unless you like bland food. No flavor.
Upon arriving the kid who was putting the chicken salad on my sandwich was my first point of contact. I let him know it was my first time there and was asking him some questions to such he wasn't very helpful. However another customer inside was super helpful! He said he goes there all the time.
I will try the place another time but order a different sandwich 🥪

Went to the Jersey Mike’s on Del Paso today for lunch and the customer service was amazing. The employees were very friendly. It was easy to talk to them and they were able to make recommendations for my order on what is especially good there. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend you going.

I would like to give a shout out to the Natomas Jersey Mikes on Del Paso! I absolutely love ordering from this Jersey Mikes! My order is always correct and my sandwich is always on point and hits every time. They don’t skimp out on anything! You can tell they put their heart and soul into making their sandwiches! Staff is always working hard and handles the busy lunch crowd with ease. TJ is awesome! He always greets with a smile, is so polite, attentive and has great customer service!! Listen, we love the subs here. We used to live in New Jersey, and we are at Jersey Mike’s all the time.

My poor review actually has nothing to do with the taste of the food or the guys working here. It’s a management/staffing issue.

My husband and I placed a carry-out order at 6:31pm, and were told that pick-up time was at 6:46PM. Great. 15 minutes.

Our order took OVER HALF AN HOUR (More like 45 minutes) PAST the pick-up time.

This is not due to the employee work ethic. They were working their tails off. They are OVER worked. Clearly, this location gets tons of business. WHY IS IT SO UNDERSTAFFED.

This makes for really frustrated and overworked employees and really hangry and irate customers.

There was a huge line of walk-in ordering customers and a ton of incredibly angry pick-up ordering customers.

My review is to try to get management to acknowledge this issue- PUT MORE PEOPLE ON THE CLOCK-

For the sake of your customers and your poor guys who are working their fingers to the bone. I seriously wanted to crash-out FOR them!

It also shows the ridiculous amount of orders they still had to fulfill NOT including their huge line of walk-ins. 🥵🤯

I absolutely love this Jersey Mike’s location in Natomas! It’s conveniently located near all the other places I tend to run errands, so it’s become one of my go-to spots for a quick, delicious lunch. They have an amazing variety of subs, all made with fresh, hand-sliced meats and freshly baked bread. You can really tell they use top-quality ingredients here.

I usually stick with the turkey sub (which is fantastic by the way), but the last time I was here, I decided to try the #99 off their “secret menu”...so let me just say, I’ve had my fair share of Philly Cheesesteaks, and I wasn’t expecting much from Jersey Mike's Philly coming in. But after that first bite, I was convinced this is one of the best Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches I've ever had! The beef is juicy and full of flavor, the cheese is perfectly melty, and the peppers cooked to perfection. Everything ties together so well on that warm, fresh, soft bread - this is true winner!

I’ll definitely be getting the #99 again, and since I also love their turkey sub, I very well might just have to grab two sandwiches next time - one turkey, one Philly! If you’re a sandwich lover and in the Natomas area, you have to check this place out. You won’t be disappointed!

Friday 7-11-2025 8:00pm. Had plans to go here for a week after celebrating my son's birthday. Somehow they said all the bread was burnt and they were not going to remake any of it. Turned around and left, forget the plans.

It’s Jersey Mike’s, it’s good. That’s expected. Customer service is also good. That is also expected.

The staff was really friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. Engaged with me while they made my food. Even while being busy, they were clear and communicated well with each other and customers. Food was good and quality was on par with how it should be. Would come back again.

The food is decent but the service is terrible. I’ve now had 3 times in a row where I order online hours in advance and then when I arrive at the pickup time the employees haven’t even started my order. What’s the point of order ahead? Do better.
