Only two employees on staff upon arrival. Both were arguing over who was going to cook and slice the cheese and meat. They were still arguing over a previous customer receiving what they wanted and closing out the sale.

Curious why we are forced to tip at the point of sale and not the point of service.

I requested a sandwich with special ingredients and watch the two employees argue over who was going to make sandwich to my liking.

Service was subpar the sandwich was mediocre, missing ingredients that I especially ordered and was charged for, buyer beware.

They got my order wrong twice. And after going back inside the second remake was current but the bread was wrong. Idk why they just don’t write it down

The staff in the service at this location was such a pleasant surprise. I was I would definitely come back again.

I get taken out from the app and have relish and honey mustard on the side. They get it right about 50 percent of the time. Usually have had to wait a bit longer then app says but they are always hussling and getting food out as quickly as possible.

I really like this location. The staff is always so friendly. I love that you can order online on the app, and they will have the order of waiting for you when you walk in.

Whoever closed on 4/24/24 absolutely killed it, I could taste the love that man put into my philly and I’m a happy customer. Try the new cookie too

Ordered to this restaurant by mistake. Once I realized this, I called to cancel order and they said they would not since it was already made. Said I had to call corporate for a refund but was not given any number even when I asked for it. I ended up contacting the Better Business Bureau to help with my refund and it has been 5 days so far with no word from the establishment. Shady business so I'd stay away.
