I went to pay for my food and asked for a water cup as I don’t drink soda or tea. They said “we ran out of water cups and manager said we have to charge for other cups till we run out for more water cups” and by California law you can not charge for water to a customer. It’s about the principle that this is stealing from customers. Especially in the state of our economy you need to do better.

It's a shame that this is the closest Jersey Mike's to where I live. The sandwiches are good, but the employees here have all the urgency of a snail on Valium. I mean they are ssslow! I order a sandwich on their app, it takes 15 minutes to get here and then I have to wait another 10 minutes after I get here, and it's not like they're having a rush, there was only one other person here. It's taking so long, I had time to write this entire review.

This is the first time I am trying a bowl instead of a sandwich. Also the first time I am getting avocado 🥑 from here as well. Please tell me why this little bitty scoop of smashed avocado cost $4.75!?!?! Please make it make sense. The bowl tastes fantastic but why so much for the quac!?

It was very bad the service was louisy the black girl with green hair was extremely rude and got my sandwich wrong twice the staff had no customer service and was real slow and incomplete I'll never go back

The food is always fresh and good here. If the rating reflects the service. To order online and show up 20+min later and your food still not be done is disappointing. Its frustrating to watch the employees still move slow and carry on conversations about the shows their watching at home. Finally got my food but my lunch break was over so couldn’t eat. Overall disappointing

Stopped in for lunch on our road trip from OR. The employees were friendly & fast! Our sandwiches were pretty tasty too! Thank you to the owner/manager who made sure we had been taken great care of & sent us with yummy chocolate chip cookies on our way out! Amazing customer service & great food! Highly recommend!!!

Service is horrible it seems like over the past few months it has gotten worse especially from when they first open you walk in you're not greeted they rarely look up at you when you walk in

Generally have good things to say about this place, but apparently they stop serving hot sandwiches 30 minutes before closing. From what I'm hearing at other places, that's not normal.I would totally understand if it was something that every location did, but it seems like the closer at this particular location just didn't want to do it.Still rating 5 Stars overall, because the sandwiches are bomb.
