I purchased a Family meal tonight with a side of Beans. Provided a tip right after the purchase. They called my name, thank the staff, got home and checked my meal, only to find it wasn't a meal. It was just 6 Tacos with the side beans that I had ordered. I immediately went back to purchase the rice and I had explained to the worker that she made a mistake. She took my order without apologizing and minute later provided me with my order.. and guess what, without apologizing. Confirm your order prior to paying. Check your order prior to leavingAnd if they make a mistake, do not expect an apology. Customer service training should be a must prior to working at any establishment.

Duckworth and Arena blvd. The ground beef tacos had little flavor and no parmesan cheese on the 6 pack of tacos. I will make sure to go to Jimboys on Northgate who makes excellent, tasty food.

Fish taco was bland and could barely taste pico. It says cabbage is in it but it had lettuce. Had hardly any cheese. Ground beef taco was cold and had no cheese and one piece of tomato. Taco shells were flexible instead of stiff and were identical even though one was supposed to be crispy. They also sprinkled the parmesan on top of the tacos rather than putting it on the outside of the shells like they're supposed to. Sour cream was so excessive I had to take half of it off; the fact that they charge an extra 75 cents for it when the entire taco is only $3-5 is ludicrous. Won't be back to this location even though it's least than a mile from my house.
the taquitos were burnt and tasted like nothing but burntness. the service was rude as well. the fries super salty my family couldn't even finish it. the best thing out of our whole meal was unfortunately just the drinks.
