I had a frustrating experience here today. It started with them having a 10 minute conversation with the patron in front of me ordering about how to say things in French versus Spanish which was annoying because you have customers in line.
I ordered a cheese quesadilla and asked to add beans. I was talking to the manager . I was initially told it couldn’t be done, then told it could, and was charged an extra $1.25, but only received a very small amount of beans without any clarification. When my order was ready, it was set on the counter and called out unclearly, and the employee went to the back without confirming it was mine. I also needed water but couldn’t ask because no one was at the counter. The food itself was fine, but the service felt disorganized and inattentive, especially given the price. Clear communication and basic customer acknowledgment would have made a big difference.

I went on tuesday twice and was told no taco tuesday! tacos for 2 dollars ,when the poster that says 2 dollar taco tuesday is big and obvious in their windows! False advertising!

Friendly service and good food 😋 Tacos 🌮 are my favorite. I get the fish tacos. I used to love shredded chicken the best but they took those off the menu for grilled. I eat plantbased and pescatarian diet. Their veggie burritos are good too depending on who makes it & which location. Price is reasonable. All of the ingredients and choosing what you want inside.No long wait & quality of the food.

This Jimboys has the best burritos made extra crispy. IYKYK. And if you don't, try one! In a sketchy part of town so keep your windows up and your eyes alert. Service is outstanding. This is my favorite Jimboys!

It's not real Mexican food but it's amazing. I drive 500 mi once a month just for these tacos. I am not exaggerating. They're amazing. But if you're used to real Mexican food like from Southern California, you're going to be very disappointed still though my second favorite taco place in all of California. That is probably going to be one of the only places I miss when I get out of here 500 mi one way is 6 and a half hours for tacos by the way
