My favorite Jimboys, and I eat a lot of Jimboys. Very friendly, always remember me and have my order ready if I used the app. App is easy to use after you get used to it, but not all Jimboys take the app.

Worst soggy tacos I ever had. Save yourself and go to the better Jim boys a few miles away on watt and auburn. Marconi location is terrible.
I have been to many different restaurants, but this one in particular had a different taste. My carnitas Tahoe burrito didn’t taste anything like it normally does. It was absolutely gross. I think they missed an ingredient or two. It also took forever to get my order.

This jimboy is by far the best jimboy's in Sacramento their food is always fresh their customer service is on point I have never had anything bad from this location other locations I've had stuff in my food I've had rude customer service and have gotten food

This facility does not have daily specials. Also, there was hardly any dine- in customers at the time that I was. There did seem to be a lot of call- in/ takeout business, and the place is kept very clean. The food was typical of the jimboys chain, meaning it was delicious.

7/26/23 (2) going to have lunch ordered then employee told us we couldn't EAT inside as they needed to take a break and had to lock the door after we left to sit in truck 4 more people came in and sat down Whats up with this story really puts a bad taste in your mouth, the store is on the corner of Eastern and Marconi at 2pm.
