I come here for The lettuce wrap. It's so good and big. My kids love their bread. It's so fresh and soft. We also have a good time reading the posters on the walls.

I really get the vibe that the works don't care at this location. One time we ordered a beach club sandwich and essentially received a veggie. Today I went in to the location, and they ran out of French bread. The workers just slapped together the sandwiches and didn't ask how I would like them. When I went to pay, I was greeted with a total and not a hello. Rough.

I honestly like my sandwhich to come with extra lettuce, but were not here for that. The classic menu is filled with a personal favorite, like the Turkey with provolone cheese. I wasn't disapointed at all, and would definitely come back again. The workers are friendly, and the area is well kept!

WOW!!!! WHAT A DISASTER!!!! This is the world's most tasteless sandwich.....my 7 year old can do better.....from the bread, all the way to the chips....all trash! I want my money back....even the napkins hated the food because they kept ripping. Cheap flavor, cheap ingredients, cheap napkins! I paid $13.....what a waste!!!!

To just started a new job and decided to try this place out for the first time. I placed the order in line and arrive a bit early. Not only was the order ready but they also walked the items to my car. We will definitely order from here again , it was seamless !

7/25/19 UPDATE: I'm officially done with this place. Found hair in my food today. Threw it away. So disgusting. ************* I love Jimmy Johns but it's a gamble ordering from this place. You never know what you're going to get! Whether I order online or by phone, my order is always missing something. Mayo packets, napkins, pickles, cucumbers... my order has sadly never been correct or fully fulfilled and I order 3-4 times a week from them. So I'm actively holding back my tips now until they get it right. I would suggest not tipping to ensure they get your orders right a few times before adding gratuity. Also, if you order by phone know that the delivery person will hold you order hostage until you sign the receipt to guilt you into tipping, especially if you don't leave a tip with an online order. Luckily my firm signs for me now so my work day isn't interrupted by having to come downstairs to do You have one job JJ employees! Get it right or find an easier job!
if you are in a pinch and need food extremely fast, they are uncomfortably fast at making and delivering their Sammies! they don't skimp on just about everything you can ask for and can almost always get your order correct. Recommend to try out!

Music was horrible a d way to loud. Cashier want very friendly, did not explain anything. Food was satisfactory. The need to off plastic knives and fors for the lettuce sandwiches. Very hard to eat picking it up.

Never thought I'd ever say that even Subway is a better sandwich spot alternative, but here we are. Ordered the Turkey Tom on wheat bread. One of the most tasteless sandwiches I've ever had. Skimpy on all of the ingredients. The bread was very stale. Don't be fooled on this location being in a relatively-nice-looking plaza on Howe. It ain't worth going to, even if you're craving for a sandwich on a whim (like I was). Take your 8 bucks elsewhere.

I'm sorry I can give sympathy to place that seem like it was a one time dead but this was literally THE WORST sandwich I have and will ever have. I ordered a veggie with everything and usually veggies are filled up so you have some substance other than dough tasting bread (which I ordered cut in half and did not get it that way) and the cucumbers tasted soooo old nothing on this sandwich was flavorful. You'd have to pay me to eat here again.
