We had never been to joes so we thought it would be great to try before headed to a show at the golden 1. I had a reservation and we were seated right away however , the wait was not long at all what so ever . The staff was extremely friendly and professional. We waited about an hour after ordering before getting our food . The mozerella stick were great just a little cold when they arrive . My husband ordered the peel shrimp 1lbs. When we received it , it was extremely hard to peel it- seemed that it was way over cooked as much as we struggled to peel , also the shrimp itself was not clean at all. We had to devane it ourselves and it was actually pretty disgusting . My daughter ordered Mac and cheese and seemed that it was reheated. I make Mac and cheese at home and I can tell when it's freshly made or reheated . We didn't say anything - we didn't want to be problematic and honestly we had to catch a show and given how long we waited to get our food we didn't have much time to get our food fixed . The place was clean , staff was great at hyping up for the bdays . Food was just not great . I did get the fish and chips and those were cooked to perfection .

Our experience at the restaurant was great. Our waitress was perfect! There were EXTREMELY loud customers sitting near us and it made it very difficult to talk and enjoy the ambiance.

The crab was extremely over, seasoned with salt and also overcooked to where we were breaking open our queen crab, and not having any meat inside. Most of the time that happens from the crab being overcooked wasn't happy with the food. But the service was good. I am still waiting for management for the GM to follow up with me Aharris
