This use to be my favorite chicken spot but it was getting a little expensive so I cut back on how many times I get to enjoy it, but today made me beyond mad. I live rural and far from this location and I usually don't have to check my order because they get it right. Why did I get home to the smallest chicken thighs I ever seen. The drumsticks are larger than the thighs. With further investigation, they are cutting the thighs in half and selling as a whole piece of chicken. You have lost a loyal customer.

My boyfriend for New Year's Eve placed an order at 5:10PM and said it would be ready at 6pm he waited over 30 minutes after 6pm only to be told it's gonna take an hour longer! , I understand it's busy and it's New Year's Eve but Businesses should have provisions to avoid things like this happening. The lack of efficiency and service is ridiculous. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

I honestly waited a for a while to write this review but this visit was the last straw. The last four times I came to this location, first they didn’t have chicken and it was a 50 minute wait which is usually 35. The second time they didn’t accept apple pay or card only cash. Then, they didn’t have fries and now they only have spicy chicken….. And I had to pull over to wait for my fries. I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes…. I don’t understand how this even happens but I have not left this Jollibee jolly for months… Do not go to this location or you will be disappointed.
