Jollibee my opinion has some of the best fried chicken in America fresh every time I don't care which one you go to 10 toes down

I tried this place for the first time, yesterday, 4/22/2024, in Artesia, CA. I got the 3 pc with 2 sides. The chicken was great and crispy. (Note: They only have dark meat... this is not a good thing in my opinion. Secondly, I asked for spicy and they did not have it. Seems like a trend from reading the other reviews. The Mashed potatoes and gravy were very stiff and warm at best... not hot. The spaghetti was horrible, cold and lacked sauce. I waited 20 minutes for this food. All of the food I ordered should have been piping hot like the chicken was. Lastly, add white meat to the chicken selection. You have chicken breasts... I don't understand why no white meat.

The food is very delicious. The type is fried. The taste rivals famous brands. Very comfortable. Customers love the taste of this restaurant.

Went to the Sacramento Jollibee on Mack Rd, a small location about half the size of the Jollibee in Brentwood. Ordered the Joy Combo-Filipino Spaghetti and two pieces of fried chicken and my wife ordered the Pallabot and two pieces of manook. Food is always good and is the perfect comfort food. The reason for the four-star rating is dining area is too small and parking is limited.

I love this place! I'm not Filipino, but being Laotian and Thai, this place hits the spots when I want GOOD fried chicken. If you can handle spicy, go for it! They inject like a hot sauce oil on it.. hear me out though, one day, it'll be mild, and another, it'll be crazy spicy. I like playing roulette with it. The gravy is amazing here. Eat it with the chicken, no matter what! Adobo rice is amazing. Palabok is great, too. Fries is ok if you like unsalted fries. Mash is the usual. The Yumburger is not bad at all either, IF you're a fan of White Castle. The chicken sandwich is cool. The jalapeños is nice on it. Just eat everything with the gravy! Also, the peach mango pie.. probably hands down the best dessert in any fast food joint. If you're here during the summer, order the Halo Halo. It's not on the menu.. get it before it's out. Highly recommend it since you can get a full family meal for 4 for about $25 bucks. When you go to McDonald's, you're looking at about $40+. Give it a try!

Here's the biggest drawback for me: They never seem to have spicy chicken. Jollibee is known for its fried chicken, and I was really looking forward to trying their take with a bit of a kick. Unfortunately, on multiple visits, they were always out of the spicy option. Huge bummer for someone who craves a bit of heat!

Please stop taking orders if you cant catch up, there is no where to park to wait for food after drive thru, let the line get long instead of taking more orders. Or build a bigger parking lot and have designated spots for pickup

The customer service at this location is horrible. The girl that took my order Arana did not pay attention and screwed it all up. They do not have salt or pepper and the food was so-so. Hard to believe that this place stays in business when the service is subpar. If you read the responses from the "Owner" it's all the same that they will "Work on" improvement. Funny as nothing has improved since our last visit but rest assured this will be our last visit.

Over priced over hyped, mediocre chicken. Chicken was kinda slimy fries were far from fresh 33 bucks for 10 piece meal. You can get better chicken from the gas station. Won't be back.

After picking up my son from the airport we were all definitely hungry and decided to visit Jollibee. This Jollibee location is not in the greatest of areas, but we put our fears aside to try what Jollibee had to offer. I ordered the two piece chicken with palabok and Pineapple quench. The chicken was crispy and hot! The palabok was flavorful, and was a pleasant surprise as I wasn't expecting good Filipino food from a fast food restaurant. The wait was a little long, but the meal was definitely worth the wait! No meal is complete without dessert! We ordered a six pack of Peach Mango Pie, and it was a delicious way to end a great lunch!

Was in line and noticed a reoccurring thing the staff at this location does when receiving product. They leave it outside regardless of weather conditions. The food like poultry packages are still sitting outside underneath a blue tarp. I just watched a worker place a defrosted/melted bag of chicken on the ground outside opened the bag up and remove the contents and walk in side to do god knows what. Meanwhile the chicken in his hands was dripping all over the floor throughout the restaurant. You can still see the racks of chicken packages juices everywhere. I'm so disgusted, someone call OSHA!
