Eat good small plates, deliberately brought out in well spaced courses, primarily vegatables transformed into something mindvlowingly rich, and then have an amazing cookie. Nothing not to like. Oh, and the beer selection is dank and local, too.
We liked the food. They serve small tapas type plates. One negative I can say is that they brought out each in the order they thought was appropriate. We would have preferred to just have our food and we could have nibbled as we liked. One dish came with flatbread. It would have been nice to get some from the start. Maybe that would have helped with my other issue. Wait, that was two negatives. Neither a reason to not go. Just be prepared. Would recommend.
The food is top notch; beautiful locally sourced ingredients that provide a home-cooked meal feeling and flavor, unique dishes that leave you craving whatever they will come up with next, and an expansive menu for having just recently opened. The owners are some of the nicest people I've encountered.
