I’ve been coming to Ju Hachi for years, and it never fails to impress. The fish is always fresh and top quality. My favorite spot is the bar when Sang is behind it. He’s not only attentive but also friendly and entertaining, making every visit feel special. Connor and Alan are fantastic as well, and the three of them together create such fun banter that the meal is both delicious and entertaining. Ju Hachi is always our go-to when we’re craving sushi, and I can’t recommend...

The server was friendly and the food was fresh, but I was unimpressed with the quality of the fish and rice, given the price.
The vegetable tempura was good though.
Edit: I bumped up the review by one star because the pickle wasabi was cash money 🤌🏼

Sat at the bar and Sang was a legend – funny, skilled, and the specialty rolls were fire. If you want quality sushi and a good time, grab a seat at the bar. Highly recommend.
