They are so nice, waited for me a little later than close time and the food is delicious, thank you for the great food and hospitality

Garlic naan and butter chicken were both good. Service was fair. Restaurant clean and cute.

Very flavorful and fresh Indian food! I thinks it's a family run business and everyone is always so nice and appreciative. I have moved from the neighborhood, but will make it a point to keep Junoon in the rotation!

Very fresh, excellent Indian food with great service. They have a really good variety on the menu including the usual standbys as well as some more interesting dishes you don't see at other places in Sacramento. It's a great addition to the neighborhood, definitely recommend it. Baingan aloo, amritsari chicken tika, and samosa chaat are highlights.

I wish we took pictures of the food before we ate. I ordered the samosa chaat for $7.95. The presentation was beautiful in the take out container. It was delicious! I found this was satisfying and definitely something I will reorder! My husband ordered rice and a vegetarian meal. The order was ready in 20 minutes exactly.

Wow. This is a gem of a restaurant serves the healthiest, greatest-tasting Indian food in Sacramento. Subtle flavoring and light cooking. They are great folks who serve awesome food.

I'm south Asian and usually don't like Indian restaurants because they never have the perfect home cooked taste but this place is amazing!!! The owner and his daughters are great and always make the food perfect to our likings!!

They are located in East Sac, and I ordered a lunch takeout on my way back from a haircut appointment. They have limited parking spots outside the restaurant I ordered the chicken biriyani and chicken tikka masala. Food was delicious, customer service was below average. Portion size was good, food lasted for more than 2 meals.

We went here for dinner for the first time. This is the best Indian food I've had. We had the shahi fries (yum!), chicken korma (medium heat was perfect), Rogan Josh (spicy), garlic naan, ,keema naan, and rice. Service was great too. The owners were so nice!

I tried Junoon with a South Asian friend and overall we thought it was okay. The dishes (such as the chicken tiki masala or paneer) were a bit oily. The rice was on the drier side. Service was fine. Overall I wish Sacramento had more Indian food options and I guess we will keep looking.

Delicious naan, plus an okra dish and mango curry. Ambience a little too quiet. But the food -- wonderful! We were dining with a vegetarian Indian-American family friend who gave her meal the thumb's up. We'll be back.

Worst food ever …. I don’t even want to give a one star but there is no other option . Please don’t waste your time and money at this restaurant , food is pathetic…. No taste at all … shirt staff …. Seems like only one person working … it took forever to get our food and it is very overpriced ….

I love their chicken korma! My boyfriend and I always fight for the leftovers of it if there are any. My stomach can be sensitive off Indian food and I never have any problems when I get food from here. They do a great job customizing the spice level per request. Everything is made fresh to order and is delicious! The owners are also very kind too!

I picked up food from here tonight. It was fresh and delicious! Glad this restaurant is in our neighborhood. I'll come back!

Very bad experience. Ordered food through Uber eats, while ordering it was showing 14-30 mins wait time, thus my estimated pick up time was 5.35 pm today. When arrived the front desk told me that it will be ready at 6.35 pm (an hour from now). Uber also changed the estimated pick up time to 6.35 pm (misleading as when I placed the order it was showing me 5.35 pm) while I was driving to this restaurant. I was in a hurry to go to work, so asked the restaurant if they can prepare the order early, they said NO. It has to be 6.35 pm!!! There are 2 other families dining in. I had to cancel the order as I can't wait for an hour and get late to work. I am giving the 1 star as they even did not try to make the order faster, not at all customer friendly that I can tell from their attitude. Do not know how the food taste, but not going there for sure. Uber eats also charged me a cancellation fee.Response to owner's reply: What do you mean by prioritizing over other customers? The uber eats app clearly showed estimated pick up time 5.35 pm, I reached at 5.30 pm. In the mean time it changed the pick up time by an hr (6.35 pm). I clearly mentioned that to your staffs that I placed the order as it was showing me pick up time within 15-30 mins, I would not have place the order if it showed me more than 1 hr. I asked if you guys can prepare it little early otherwise I need to cancel the order as I will be late at my work, and your answer was 6.35 pm is the earliest time the order will be ready. Because you did not start preparing my order yet as per your staff. I contacted Uber eats and they are saying that they charged me a cancellation fee as the "restaurant" started preparing my food, which is not true as per your staff. You can see that there is a discrepancy. As you said "rude customers are not welcomed" in your response to my post- this clearly show your arrogance and unfriendly customer service. Do not want to go to a rude business either. I did not see any friendly behavior from you or your staff, I can speak for myself only. Have been to many Indian restaurant in greater Sacramento area, have not experience this arrogant and unfriendly behavior. Best of luck with your business
