Service and wait was fine but not great, prices are very high, like 10 dollars for a coors light high. We got two icees, a water, a pretzel, and an ice cream sandwich for a total of around 40 dollars. The real problem though was the pretzel which was just simply bad- so dry, so hard, really just a chore to eat. Everything else was fine but everything else was prepackaged / an icee, so it’s pretty hard to mess that up. Honestly just bring your own food in, you’ll be glad you did

The food were decent. The whole family love the fries. The burgers, however, were a little dry. It was a bit overpriced, but what can you expect when you're in a tourist attraction location?The staff were friendly!I recommend visiting the zoo on a weekday. The wait/line is not too long.
Friendly staff but food is totally overpriced and not very good. Chicken sandwich was chewy, coffee not very warm, fries mediocre to ok. BYOF (bring your own food)

It is very very slow! (But it is not surprising being the only one restaurant inside the zoo!)Kampala burger $14.25Salmon burger $14.95Pepperoni pizza $13.25But the food is delicious! Love their garlic fries!!! So I gave a 4-stars rating!There are both indoor or outdoor tables!
