This is one of my favorite bars. The atmosphere of this tiny place is fascinating and great to discuss on a first date or on your fifth visit. The owner has excellent choice in beers. Don't skip out on the sangria or the food, both of which are incredibly tasty. This bar is truly special.

Nice little pub with decent selection of drinks. Like to stop here on weeknights after work when it's quiet. Too cramped during peak hrs most weekends. Bar tenders are a mixed bag. Usually fine but seems to have inexperienced ppl cycle thru at times, always hit and miss.
I am in town from New York City and I happened by this place on a walk. The vibes are immaculate, so eclectic and cool. I stopped in because they have Cali Creamin’ on nitro!!!!! It is one of my favorite beers and it is so hard to find on draft. The bartender, Chris, was so nice and kind- haven’t tried the food yet, but will definitely be back for that!!! Karma is a definite visit in Sac!!!!

A great spot with solid martinis. The bartender mentioned they have one of the best espresso martinis in the city and I’d have to agree. I really enjoyed it.
What I especially appreciate about this place is that it stays open relatively late. My wife and I were looking for a place to grab a drink around 9:30 on a Tuesday night, and most bars were already closing or about to close. This one was still open, which we really appreciated.
The bartender was also very patient with us, since it was our first time there, and even offered some great drink recommendations. I’ll definitely be coming back.
