We booked and paid for a karaoke room in advance, arriving 10 minutes early but the room wasn’t ready, and no one was working on it. The bartender, who was the only staff member on duty at 8 p.m., had to check us in and set it up herself. She was doing her best, but it was clear she needed help.
By the time we got in, it was already 8:10. We asked to stay 10 minutes later to make up for lost time, but were told no, because we prepaid and there was another reservation at 9. The setup was underwhelming it is just an iPad, two mics, and YouTube. No real karaoke software or queue.
To make things worse, the iPad disconnected from the TV halfway through. We lost another 15 minutes waiting for help, which again we weren’t allowed to make up. The room also had no AC, and the fan didn’t work, making it uncomfortable quickly.
We asked for a partial refund or extra time but were told to contact the manager. It’s been over a week with no response. The drinks were fine and the staff were friendly. Otherwise, this place felt like false advertising. They need to do better.

10/10 first experience here! I stopped by upstairs to grab a bite to eat at Koja but decided to go downstairs. The bartender was super welcoming with a winning smile. Jenny made me a great drink when I wasn't sure what I wanted (kimchi cooler) so good. If you want a great drink and a great time, highly recommend.

On 4/17/25 6:50-8:45Latina bartender was rude with a attitude me and my two homies were just tryna drink and have a good time, given she was by herself so we were very patient maybe too patient and it wasn’t that packed but we had came in and she didn’t even ask us what we wanted until after she asked the group that came after us 10 mins later drinks were good so that’s why I gave one star but idk if she woke up on the wrong side of the bed but she can have a better attitude. The workers upstairs serving food had a better attitude, nice and were so helpful

Located in the basement of a restaurant, this bar is futuristic with lots of lights and great drinks. Unfortunately, only one bartender on a Saturday night made it hard to get drinks in a timely manner. This bar is also very small. An ad on the wall showed an all you can drink special on certain days of the week.

The whole bar was lit up and the djs were playing some sick underground house. They also have private vip rooms! Totally recommend this place.
