I was one of 2 customers.2 more came in after me.We all waited 10 minutes, or longer , for our orders.A 3rd customer came in while we were waiting for our orders .3rd customer was not acknowledged , nor was an apology given after he was kept waiting .
This is the worse KFC EVER. I work at UCD the customer service is horrible. It's never busy, never have chicken ready. The managers and workers are very rude. They roll their eyes, talk about the customers right in front of the counter. Management also joins in. They need to be shut down

I have to start this review with the understanding that you know that I love KFC. I have been to probably 100 KFC's in my short 60 years. Having said that. This store is at the bottom. At 4 o'clock in the afternoon , they staff wants to tell you they don't have any original chicken. When you ask for a manager, any associate attempts to tell you that they are management and still don't want to help you until you press the point. This store needs corporate KFC to come out clean...read full review
