I came by during lunch. It's fairly empty with me and another customer dining in. Food is ok, there's really no service since all you do is pickup your order, and lastly, the atmosphere is just plain (you come, pickup your order, eat, then throw away your trash).

I ordered two chicken pot pie and one had a paper tag cooked under the crust!! And the store manger recognized the type of paper tag it was! Please just don’t eat here. They wanted to give me a new pot pie and I wanted my money back. This is disgusting!

I'm so disappointed. Every order is a different experience for a same order 4 pc (drum/thigh/leg/breast) with 2 small sides and a biscuit. * there are times I ordered it and ask for extra ketchup but they either didn't put any extra or put NO sauce AT ALL * other times I ordered it and specified 2 same gravy mashed potato for the sides but they gave me 1 gravy mashed potato and 1 salad with 1 extra brown gravy sauce 😮💨 * I go here often because it's the closest one to my home but if this happens more and more in the future, I don't mind go to other place. Suggestion: make sure you clarify your order and check it before you leave if you order it in person or in person pickup

Count your change. They steal. The employees are very good at distracting the customers while they bait and switch your funds. Mariam stole $50 from me and my elderly mother when we came there for lunch on 1/18/2025. Our receipt is even bogus as it says we were in the Drive-Thru and we were in the dining room the whole time here is a copy. Then I called to inquire about the mishap was hung up on and they would not take my calls so I'm placing it here so someone else will not get cheated luckily that $50 doesn't make or break me.

Avoid. I stopped here because it was the most convenient on my way to work. I ordered a 3 Crispy Strip meal. I opened the box on my way to eat the fries, but they were already soggy and lukewarm. Got to work and realized instead of 3 Crispy Strips, I got 2 weird, small, non-crispy ... chunks? Definitely not their normal Crispy Strips. Not even sure what I'd call them. And a few nuggets. One of the chucks was *very* rubbery. I reheated the fries in the toaster oven at work and they were ok. Threw away most of the rest of it. Also, not their fault, but the "Comeback Sauce" is truly nasty. Is the "Comeback" part because it makes you want to go back and ask for something else? I won't be coming here again.

Bad customer service, they don't make your food till you get there so it takes super long, food was bad, half of my items are always missing from the bag, they never give the sauce you ordered, and the chicken is dry and old. Never going back.

Nice KFC venue a lot of space and the food is tasty delicious the Fried chicken is on point the flavor and taste is ALWAYS the BEST just like it was Yesterday. The potatoes and corn were fresh and tasty with butter and sauces galore...The Fried Chicken IS Delicious!!
